Chapter 8 - Lady Wifi

The city.

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

I was jumping above ceilings as Koi Fish. I reached a billboard and detransformed into myself. Kōhaku said; "Time flies fast when you're saving the world. Day's already over!"

I said; "Tell me about it. I missed an entire half day of school AND half day of seeing Adrien!"

"Whoever's behind all of this sure is keeping us on our toes!" Kōhaku said. I laughed and said; "You don't have any toes! You only have a tail."

(Y/n)'s House.

I saw my aunt in the kitchen, having some tea and she told me; "Alya brought your school bag home for you, (Y/n)."

"Hey (A/n)..." I said as I gave her a kiss on the cheek. She then told me; "You seem so forgetful these days. Maybe you just need some fresh air and extra exercise for that growing brain of yours! Or at least go for a swim in the river!"

"Good idea, (A/n). I'll start tomorrow." I said. Then I headed up stairs to do my homework in my room. Then I said; "Koi Fish saved Paris from destruction once again, but who's gonna save (Y/n) from her homework?"

Then I saw a sticky note on my tablet. I said; "What's this?"

And on it was written; "Call me. I know who the real Koi Fish is!"?

Kōhaku said; "No way! You think she knows?"

I said; "I doubt it. Marinette told me that Alya's always jumping to conclusions before she has facts straight. But just in case..."

"No worries Kōhaku. I got it covered." I said as I tried to call Alya, but there is no signal. I said; "Seaweeds. No signal."

To get more signal, I go to the balcony to see if there is any signal. Then I saw a civilian and told me; "Sorry, miss. Cell tower maintenance. The whole neighborhood's down. No signal for the next hour!"

"Come on, (Y/n). Try again later. Let's head down and finish your homework." Kōhaku said. I agreed with him. And I did my homework and suddenly I fell asleep.

Kōhaku woke up the next morning and said; "Uh... what time is it?"

Then I woke up and said; "Uhh, school starts in... An hour ago?!" I said surprised as I checked my phone.

I ran to the front door of the school and going up the stairs, while saying; "I'm late, I'm late, I'm so, so late!"

Then I entered Ms. Bustier's classroom and see Adrien and Nino, but no sign of Marinette. So I sat instead of them. I tap on Nino's shoulder and whispered; "Where are they?"

"I don't know about Marinette, but Alya's been suspended..." Nino told me. I shouted; "What?!"

Miss Bustier told me; "If you're going to come late, would you please do it discretely?"

"Sorry..." I said and then I whispered to Nino; "What happened to her?"

Nino said; "The short story? Accused of breaking into Chloé's locker. I mean, Koi Fish's locker..."

"What!?" I shouted even louder. (Is that even possible) Then Miss Bustier commanded me and said; "That's it, (Y/n)! Go to the principal's office!"

Then I went to Mr. Damocles' office. Then I heard Adrien talking to Nino and said; "What are you talking about?"

"Exactly what I said, bro. Alya says Chloé is Koi Fish! She is crazy!" Nino said. Then Adrien sees Chloé and she winks.

I went to the principle's office. As soon as I arrived in front of his office, I knocked on the door and said; "Mr. Damocles?"
