Back when we were still together, you used to give me flowers,
Roses, daisies,
Sunflowers, lilies,
Rare ones,
Those of which names I did not know. Our love was like the flowers,
So alive, so thirsty
And I would water them and keep them alive
And I loved them the way I loved you.Your words were like the flowers,
So sweet, so beautiful
And I would fall for them more and everyday
And I loved them the way I loved you.Our love was like the flowers,
So alive, so thirsty
But I was the only one who cared,
I was the only one who tried. But that was then.
Now still,
Our love is like the flowers:
No life, no more.---
