Liza woke up to see pitch black. Where was she? Her eyes fixed to the dark eventually and she saw David at her bedside and Jordan on the couch?

Jordan? What was he doing there?

pShe moved around causing something to beep a bit and a few nurses came in pouring a bunch of questions on her.

"How are you feeling?"

"Does your head hurt?"

"Light headed?"

"Are you okay?"

"Do you need some water?" were only a few questions the doctors and nurses asked. Liza felt fine but she was still confused at what happened

"Um, what happened last night? Was I in an accident?"

The nurse smiled at a confused Liza, "Yeah, I'm sorry hon, you hit your head pretty hard, and got a few cuts from a shattered window, but that's it! You're very lucky to be awake right now."

At that exact moment, David jerked awake, and Liza turned to him, "David!"

"Liza!" She went in to kiss him but he pulled her into a hug instead.

She sighed knowing that he was still upset with her.

"Are you okay?" David asked hesitantly.

Liza sighed again, "Yeah, I feel fine actually, just a little confused still."

"Well last night, after I.." he paused, "left, I went to Gabbie's and then I got a call saying you were in a car accident so I came here and saw Jordan and you..."

They both tensed at Jordan's name.

In a quieter tone David asked, "Why is he here?"

"I don't know! Was he following me or something?" Liza answered just as confused.

David couldn't tell if she was lying or not, he brushed it off and looked over at Jordan who was now waking up.

"Jordan?" Liza asked, "What are you doing here?"

Jordan fully sat up, "Not really sure, I just, I guess, they told me I was an emergency contact, and maybe that was when we used to be dating.." He scratched the back of his neck.

David and Liza exchanged glances before a doctor came in letting Liza go.

It was a few hours later and Liza was in her apartment, she was sitting on her bed editing a video when she got a call from... Jordan?

Liza hesitantly accepted the call.

"Hello?"

"Hi Liza, its Jordan- Oh well you probably knew that because of the caller ID! I mean unless you got a new phone and didn't save my number than maybe you didn't-"

"Hi Jordan," Liza laughed a little still confused, "What's up?"

"Hey.. Yeah I guess i'm just nervous?" Jordan replied awkwardly.

"Nervous?" Liza questioned setting her computer down

Jordan cleared his throat, "Liza, I still have feelings for you... And I know you have a boyfriend and all but I saw you the other day and-"

Liza sighed, "Jordan, I'm sorry-"

"No I get it, I'm sorry for saying anything." Then the line cut off.

Liza shrugged off Jordan's approach and thought of David.
