Okay so here is the thing, I have had serious writers block! Every one of my stories I have just been struggling with, and I completely forgot about this one. Like I said before this is just a filler for the next book, which by the way will be up soon. I know I said I was going to finish my other books first but I just can't focus on them and I don't know why...its so frustrating. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this filler none the less thanks for reading this book...It will be under completed now...
Epilogue
Months later…
Alex was sat reading his newspaper when Julian came rushing in, Luka hot on his tails. He looked up from the paper and rested it on his desk. ‘What in the hell…’
‘Sh shut up,’ Julian yelled as he jumped behind the leather sofa, Luka looked around and then hid behind the piled boxes in the corner.
Alex was trying to get to grips with what was happening but then Kye came in, apron around her thin frame and a spatula in her right hand. Her hair had fallen out of the bun on her head, and sweat was dripping from her brow. All this, and yet he still found her beautiful. ‘Alright I know you’re both in here!’ She yelled.
‘Kye,’ Alex caught her attention and she smiled ‘What’re you doing?’
‘Hey Al,’ She walked towards him slowly, and then pounced on his desk, her black boots landing flatly on where he had placed the newspaper he had been reading moments before. He pushed his desk chair back as she kneeled and looked under his desk. ‘You seen a tall and ugly looking black haired rat and a skinny looking brown twig around here?’
‘If you mean Julian and Luka,’ Alex smiled as he playfully thought out the way his brothers would react when he sold them out. ‘One’s behind those boxes and the others behind that leather sofa there…’
‘Shit!’ Julian was the first out the room but not before he was hit on the back of the head with a flying spatula. Alex laughed as his brother cursed again and kept running.
Luka ran next but Kye was there first and tackled him to the floor, they rolled around on the ground. ‘Ow!’ Luka moaned.
‘Ouch,’ Kye squealed this time ‘Luka that was my foot.’
They stopped rolling super speed and Kye was straddling Luka pointing a finger in his face. Alex came around from his desk laughing. These last few months had been so good to them; well all except Cyrus who was reduced to being a recluse. A lot had happened to the sisters too, Lamia had contacted him a few times and he had been meaning to respond but he had been too busy watching the hunters in Santorium. Apparently, Jake was now a vampire, a full one. That was weird to get his head around; not only that but he was with Armanthia. He would tell Luka but he knew deep down it would hurt his brother too much. As far as Aubrey went, she was still resisting any contact from Cyrus, god knows why. And Gwin was doing well, training hard and becoming healthier by the day which was good.
‘What did you do to her this time, Luka?’ Alex asked crossing his arms over his chest.
He lifted his arms and rested them under his head. ‘Absolutely nothing,’ Kye had meant to go back to the US ages ago, but after a few weeks with him and his brothers she had wanted to stay with them; stay with Alex. He had felt so much joy, although she had insisted in living in her own house. So he had bought a house down the hill from the mansion, so she could see him in less than ten minutes. She came round often and baked for them, even ran with Julian every now and then. ‘I like a woman on top you know…Ow!’
Kye punched him hard in the stomach and he gripped it. She wriggled triumphantly on his waist and he lifted his hands and began tickling her. These two were always playful and he had imagined they would have been like this if they knew each other as kids, just like Alex had. They had been like this too as young children before she left him alone.
‘No Luka,’ she giggled, she fell onto her back and he straddled her this time, laughing as he kept tickling her stomach, arms, legs and neck. She tried battering him but they were too weak to damage. ‘Stop, Luka I’m going to wee myself…’
‘Now wouldn’t that be a shame…’ Luka laughed.
Julian popped his head round the corner, along with Dimitri and Isaac. ‘Oh snap,’ He looked at Alex. Jumping on her, that was what they liked to do and Alex knew a pile on was coming. He braced himself by stripping his work blazer off and loosening his tie. Julian smiled. ‘Pile on!’
‘No!’ Luka and Kye screamed as Alex and his brothers piled on top of them. They all laughed playfully as Luka and Kye wriggled around at the bottom. God, he loved his family more than anything in this world, and he would never let anything happen to them.
