Nicole was your average girl to her peers. She was a cheerleader, lots of people loved her but little did they know that she was rapped by her stepfather at the age of 7. Nicole is 18 and she has only talked to one person about her abuse & rape but they didn't believe in her so she just shut down on telling people her story😪
She has battled with relationships since the age of 10, she looks for love in the wrong places because she never healed from the rape💔
Few Years Later
Nicole is now a successful nurse (age 23)
Nicole meets this guy named Mark
Mark is a young man he was raised in the church so Mark invites Nicole to come to church with him. Nicole turns him down because when she was raped & abuse. She talked to her child hood pastor and he didn't believe her, but Mark didn't know the reason why she turned him down. She stopped texting & going on dates with Mark until Mark texted her saying "Nicole, over the course of the 3 weeks of you avoiding me, I have noticed it's something you are hiding from me and i would love to met up with you just to be a listening ear"
Nicole reads the text but don't reply. She sits there in her room thinking of what she should tell Mark about her past then she gets a text from her bestfriend Monica saying " Heey bestie I haven't heard from you in a minute just know I'm here & don't let your past define you. Text me if you need me" Nicole locks her phone with tears rolling down her face😭
She wants to talk about her past but she doesn't know how to start.
