"Questioning"
As the officers and Nicole get closer to the police station, Nicole suddenly feels sick to her stomach.
She notice that Monica text her with more info on the shooting. "They haven't released a name to the public yet but they do think it's a lady around the age of 43." Nicole mother just turned 43 two weeks ago but her mother and her haven't been on talking terms.
Nicole gets sat down in the waiting area. Office 1: Nicole you can follow me back. As Nicole gets in the room she sees items laid out on the table, nothing but thoughts rush to her. "What if this is my mother that has gotten shot." "Why would this happen to her"
As she sits down Officer 1 shuts the door as Officer 2 beings to talk "Ms.Smith, We brought you here today to ask you if you can identity a body"
Nicole: "Sure, I'm willing to talk"
Officer 2: "We have these items from the scene" Nicole heart drops as she sees picture of her when she was younger with her mom and dad in it.
Nicole father got shot and killed when she was 3, if she has lost her mom she's going to feel bad because she never got to let her know that she forgave her for the past.
Nicole ask the officers to give her a minute. As they leave the room Nicole starts to cry she texts Mark to tell him that Monica is coming to get Johanna and to come to the police department when she does.
The Officers return to the room.
"Ms.Smith, do you know this lady"
"Yes I do, that's my mother."
"Do you mind tell us everything you possibly think we need to know.?"
"Her name is London Smith-Parker, She's 43, she was known by alot and loved by many but that pretty much all I can tell."
"Ms.Smith, She was our victim of a murder that took place last night. She died on the scene." Nicole just breaks down crying, her father is gone now her mother.
