"Childhood Memories"

Nicole births a beautiful babygirl 6 pounds 8oz. 19 1/2 inches long.
Johanna Olivia Smith was her name. She had big hazel dreamy eyes. Nicole fell in love all over again.

2 days past

Nicole and Mark get the baby home and Mark sits Nicole down to talk to her. "I want this relationship to work so I want you to know why i didn't come home those days."
"Okay Mark, I'm listening"
"My sister boyfriend was beating on my sister and when I got there my mind snapped back to when my father used to beat on my mother and I could not handle that so I asked him to talk and he got smart at the mouth so I had to let him know what was up and I just got a hotel room and sleep to clear my mind. That's why I didn't come home to you because I snapped and I don't want that to happened to our relationship nor family baby."
"Babe, you never told me that your father beat on your mother and I understand why you did what you did"

They hear a knock at the door and it's Nicole mother London. Hello is Nicole here Nicole stands up to give Mark Johanna and ask him to talk her in the room while they talk.

Nicole:"Hey, Come in"
London looks out of place, Nicole is trying to gather her thoughts she just had a lovely baby. Her man is going through and now her mother is here. This is the woman she hasn't since she was 10. 15 years ago.

London:"Hey Nicole"
Nicole:"Hey, let's not sugarcoat this relationship like you've been here this whole time let's just get straight into this. Why did you leave me alone at that house when I was 7 with that man?"
London:"He was your stepfather and I thought I could trust him. We had a simple argument.
Nicole:"You left me home alone defenceless with a man I never liked and he had hatred in his heart towards me mom. Honestly why did a child have to go through that. My father had already been taken from me and I was forced to live with a man that hated me.
London:"Nicole, I never meant for him to hurt you."
Nicole:"But you allowed it to happen. Where was you when I needed you. I was screaming for help. You was supposed to be my mother AND father but you left me. Hurt build up, walls started to grow bigger. "
London:"I didn't come here to talk about this nor to be yelled at."
Nicole stands up and goes to the front door "Well what did you come here for, You won't never be able to fully have a grown woman conversation with me until you face the facts that I need you and you wasn't there. I pray you look inside your heart to pray and find yourself again. I love you mom with all my heart I do but out relationship won't never work unless stop thinking your prefect and i hope you don't think you came to see my baby. Your toxic to my life so don't think your about to be toxic to her either. I love you but you can't stay any longer."
She opens the door and shuts it behind her mother. Tears roll down Nicole's face.

Why didn't her mother want to hear what she had to say. It's been 15 years you think that's awhile to go without your mother nor father.

Nicole got on her knees and said "God, I come to you as humble as I know how. I pray that you heal my heart and that will be able to fully and whole heartily forgive my mother for my past. I pray that you keep your angels with my mother. In Jesus name I pray."

Mark comes in the living room and sits beside Nicole grabbing her hand "We going to get through this together baby. We in this forever"
