“I'm taking you out,” Sunny says to me with a grin.
“Uh, what?” I'm confused.
“On a date,” he says, as though the two of us go out on dates all the time. “I'm taking you out on a date.”
“What are we doing?”
“You'll see. I'll see you tonight.”
I watch him walk away, giddy with excitement.
