"Cat!!" Annie yells jumping on me. 

"Huh?" I ask in a raspy voice. 

"We're going to be late for gymnastics!" She says shaking me vigorously. 

"Gymnastics doesn't start until 2," I say, clearly confused. 

"Yeah. It's 1:55!" She says running to wake Hayley. 

 I jump up and grab my leotard and run to the bathroom. I change and brush my teeth. Then I put my hair in a bun and run down the stairs. 

"I'm ready!" I say when I reach the bottom. I look around to see everyone laughing. I look at the with a confused look. Then I realize it. They were pranking me.

"Wow great thanks guys.. Where's the camera?" I ask. My mom comes out of the closet holding the camera, laughing. 

"Mmhmm.. thanks," I say walking up the stairs. I check the time. 

"10:30," I groan to myself. Caleb comes into our room as I plop on the bed. 

"Who's idea was that?" I ask. My voice muffled since my face was buried in a pillow. 

"Mine," He says, laughing. 

"You make it so hard to love you," I say, jokingly. 

"You moved so fast though," He cackles. I throw a pillow at him. 

"Hey!!" He says laughing harder. I join in on the laughter.

"I hope you guys are ready for Catrina's fashion advice for the day because here it comes," I say to the camera. 

"If you want to be cool wear leggings under your shorts. Trust me it's a true fashion statement," I laugh. "And also if you liked that prank my family pulled on me give this video a thumbs up," I say. Caleb comes and takes the camera from me. 

"And that was stupid time with my sister." 

"CALEB!!" I yell. He puts the camera down on the counter. 

"You wanna go?" He asks. I slide on the floor and trip him. 

 " I would but you're already down," I say with a laugh. 

"Not fair," he says, holding his hand out. 

"Yeah it is fair." I smirk at him as I grab his hand and help him up. 

"For those of you who want a twin brother... Trust me you don't." I laugh at my own comment as I mess with Caleb's hair. 

"Cat, can you help me with my back flip?" Hayley asks. 

"Sure," I say, guiding her to the spare room where we have all the gymnastics equipment. I set up a mat and she stands backwards. 

"Okay you ready?" I ask. 

"Yep."  She jumps and I help her flip. 

"Nice job, but work on the tucking.. If my hand wasn't there you would've hurt yourself," I tell her. 

"Okay," She says, hugging me. I walk over to the beam and hop on. I do a series of flips and front flip off landing on my feet. 

"And that is my sister. A true gymnast," Caleb says from the doorway with the camera in his hands, pointed at me.

I sneak into the gymnastics room. I watch Catrina help Hayley and then I record her on the beam. She is really good a gymnastics. 

"And that is my sister. A true gymnast," I say when she lands the dismount. 

"You must be proud to call me your sister," She says with a laugh. 

"You can think that," I joke.

"Oh yeah.. How about you try doing that," She challenges with a smirk.

"No thanks." I laugh and walk away.

"Exactly!" she yells after me.

"So, It's almost 1:30 meaning Cat should be getting ready but I'm debating on if I want to tell her or not," I say into the camera. 

"I heard that," Catrina say, running into her room, which I was currently in. She grabs a bag/

"What's that bag?" I ask. I've never seen it before. 

"Make up," She says, before grabbing my arm and pushing me out of the room. 

"She's rude," I whisper, laughing a little too hard. She kicks the door.

"I'm joking," I tell her through the door.  

"Caleb, leave Cat alone and bring me the camera please" My mom calls from downstairs. I do as I'm told. Annie walks into Cat's room and I follow. I stand outside the door.

"Can you do my hair?" Annie asks. 

Cat nods.  I couldn't see her but I could tell she had her award-winning smile on her face. 

"Thanks," Annie says a minute later. 

"Cat, you got 5 minutes!" Mom yells.

 "Coming!" She yells back. She comes out of the room in shorts and a tank top. 

"Leotard?" I ask. 

"Under," She says before running down the stairs. We all pile in the car. Cat pulls out her phone and starts a live.ly. 

"Hey guys." She smiles. The comments fill with hi's. 

"So this is going to be a short broadcast because I'm on my way to gymnastics but I wanted to answer your questions," She explains.

"Oh and a disclaimer, I will be doing a Q&A on my personal Youtube channel. So if you aren't subscribed go subscribe to itsflippingCat," She says, giving a self-promo. 

"Okay so first question from this lovely broadcast. Is how old are you? I am 12." 

 "Next question. Who is your favorite member of the family? Um. Piper. I'm joking I don't have a favorite."

. . . 

"Okay guys so we are at the gym.. I will probably broadcast on Younow after so look out for notifications. I love you all so much!" She exclaims before ending the broadcast. We all get out of the car and mom hands Cat the camera. 

"Okay so we are at the gym. I just did a broadcast and it was amazing," She explains, walking into the building. 

"Cat!" Her best friend, Amelia, yells running to her and hugging her.

"Hey Lia," She says, hugging her back.

Cat
My coach walks over to me. 

"Hey Cat." She hugs me. Annie, Hayley and I have different coaches. I'm a level 9 gymnast, Annie's level 5 and Hayley is level 3. 

"So I wanted to start right away. Would you mind showing me your floor routine?" She asks. 

"Sure." 

. . . 

"I am so sore," I say, falling onto my bed. I get under the blankets and watch Netflix. Soon I fell asleep.
