"It's that Jaxson kid!" Hayley wiggles her eyebrows.
I roll my eyes and pick up my phone. There had to be like 40 text messages.
[Jax] IT'S TODAY!
WE MEET TODAY!
IN JUST A FEW HOURS!
WE ARE GOING TO BE IN THE SAME ROOM IN JUST A FEW HOURS!
CCCCAAAAATTTRRRRIIIIINNNNNAAAA!1!1!111!1!!!
I laugh at the messages before typing out the reply.
[Cat] Honestly can't wait!
We end up texting the whole car ride to the airport. When we finally arrive at the airport, we go through security and everything. As we wait for the plane to board, I take photos of my outfit in the mirror on Snapchat. (Outfit below)

I walk out of the bathroom after a few photos and rejoin my family as we wait.
*Skips plane ride cause I don't know what to write without it being boring*
When we finally land in California, we go straight to the hotel. We had to come a day early because I wanted to meet Jaxson. And of course for rehearsal and all that. But mostly because I want to meet Jaxson.
A few hours after we settle there's a knock at the door. My mom was recording earlier and so as she heard the knock she turned the camera to the door.
"Cat go get that!" Annie yells as she fixes her makeup in the bathroom. I groan as I get off of the bed I was laying on. I open the door and there stands the one and only Jaxson Anderson. My jaw drops as I wrap my arms around his neck. He lifts me off the ground and spins me around.
"AWWWW!!" Annie giggles as she records on her phone.
"It's so great to meet you!" He laughs putting me down.
"You too," I laugh.
"I ship it!" Hayley giggles.
Jaxson and I both roll our eyes.
"You look even prettier in person," Jaxson smiles. The blood rushes to my cheeks.
"You're too sweet," I laugh. He hugs me again. I take a deep breath and smile. He smelt really good. That sounds weird...
"Katie, can I take your daughter on a walk?" He asks looking at my mom who shrugs. "I don't see why not."
Jaxson takes my hand and pulls me out of the room.
"Slow down," I laugh as he basically drags me. He apologizes as he slows his pace. He swings out hands back and forth.
"I noticed you took down all of your posts with Jake. Did something happen?" He asks as we exit the hotel.
"Oh uh.... Yeah... We broke up," I mumble. He notices my discomfort and changes the subject.
"Where do you want to go? There's a Starbucks over there," He smiles pointing towards the brown building on the corner.
"Sure. Let's go to Starbucks," I smile. I pull out my phone and take a video on Snapchat.
"What are you doing?" Jaxson asks as I point the camera at him. I smirk before jumping on his back.
"CAT!" He laughs as he wraps his arms around my legs to keep me up. The video stops recording and I post it on my story. We get to Starbucks and I tell Jaxson what to order. He does and then joins me at the table I'm sitting at. We drink our coffee as we make small talk. My phone buzzes with a text as we make our way back to the hotel. I sigh as I stop walking. I read it while Jaxson reads over my shoulder which didn't bother me.
[Jake] I see you've moved on already... You know what. Good for you. I knew you never really liked me. Cause if you did you wouldn't be out with another guy less then a week later.
