Being Caleb's Twin Sister {Editing}

*The next morning*

Jake

"Shh," Caleb says when I trip on a blanket that was laying on the floor. He was carrying a plate of cinnamon rolls with hot sauce on it. 

"I'm not sure about this," I whisper. 

"It's fine." He says handing me a camera and telling me to hide it. I put it in the hat I was wearing. 

"You wake up Cat I'll wake up Amelia." He says walking over to her. 

"Cat. Baby girl wake up." I say shaking her. She moves around in her sleep. She starts shaking uncontrollably. 

"CALEB!" I say freaking out. 

"What?" He asks. I just point at her. 

"What's happening?" I ask almost crying. 

"MOM!!" Caleb yells running to her. 

"What?" She asks walking into the room. She stops when she sees Cat. 

"What's happening to her?" I ask crying. 

"I think she's having a seizure. Caleb go tell dad that we are going to the hospital, Amelia and Jake go to the car fast!" She says picking Cat up. We all pile in the car. I was holding Cat as she was shaking. Tears pouring out of my eyes. Amelia looks at me. 

"You really care about her." She says smiling. 

"Yeah. I do."

At the hospital Cat's seizure stopped and the doctor said she was fine. I sit in the chair next to her and hold her hand. 

"Jake can I talk to you?" Her mom says coming up to me. 

"Yeah," I say smiling. I kiss Cat's forehead and walk into the hallway with her mom. 

"Do you care about Cat?" She asks. I nod.

 "Do you see this relationship lasting a long time?" I nod again. 

"Why do you care about her?" She asks. 

"When I'm around her I feel different. My heart beats a lot faster, my mind goes completely blank other than thoughts of her and I get butterflies." I say. 

"Treat her right ok?" She smiles. 

"I will I promise," I say walking back into the room. I sit back down and Cat looks at me. 

"You're awake." I smile. She nods. I kiss her forehead. 

Cat
I wake up in a white room. I look around and see Caleb and Amelia. 

"Where am I?" I ask. 

"You're in the hospital. Doctors said you had a seizure." Amelia says. 

"Where's Jake?" I ask getting worried. My throat hurt and I had a raspy voice. 

"Out in the hall talking to your mom." She says. After about a minute he walks in. I smile. 

"You're awake." I nod. He kisses my forehead. My mom smiles. 

"When are we going home?" I ask. 

"When the doctor says you can." My mom says. I look at Jake and watch as a tear falls down his face. 

"What's wrong?" I ask whipping the tear. 

"I thought I was going to lose you." He says tears filling up in his eyes. 

"You weren't going to lose me." I say hugging him. He hugs me back tighter. 

"I love you." I smile. 

"I love you too." He says.

*2 hours later*

So we are home now. I am currently cuddled into Jake's chest, playing video games. 

"You little cheater," I say to Jake as I wait to be respawned. 

"How?" He says.

"You just are,"I say placing my controller down and rubbing my hands through his hair. 

"Dang it Caleb you killed me." He says pushing his shoulder. We were all gaming. We even got Amelia to join. 

"How do you shoot the gun again?" She says staring at the controller. 

"How have you not died yet?" I ask. 

"Because I run when I see some- CALEB YOU KILLED ME!!" She says pushing him to the side. 

"YAY!" He says doing a victory dance. 

"GOALS!" Jake and I yell. 

"Shut up!" Caleb says blushing. Amelia has a huge crush on Caleb. They are cute together but Caleb "doesn't" have a crush on her. 

"New round!!" Jake says with a victory dance. I laugh, grab my controller and cuddle into his chest. I get close to where Jake was and move my head in his sight. 

"Hey I can't see!" He complains. 

"No need you're dead." I laugh.

"HEY!!" He says.

 "You love me." I smile. He stands up and I fall off of his lap. 

"HEY!" I say rubbing my head. 

"What's wrong with your head?" He asks. 

"I don't know just a headache I guess," I said shrugging it off. 

"Here." He says sticking out his hand. He helps me up and I sit back on his lap. After a few minutes I get a sharp pain in my head. 

"OW!!" I say with tears in my eyes. 

"What's wrong?" Jake asks looking worried. 

"I don't know. MOM!" I yell. 

"What's up?" She asks. 

"I have a headache but it's stronger than my usual headaches. What's happening?"  I ask. 

"It's probably a migraine. Just rest and ice might help." She says going to grab a ice pack. She comes back with one in her hand. I place it on my head and lay on the couch. 

"I'm cold," I said shivering. Jake picks me up and I cuddle into his chest. He turns off his controller and hugs me. 

"Here." My mom says putting a blanket over both of us. She kisses the top of my head and the top of Jake's. 

"I feel like a part of the family." He says with a cheesy smile. 

"You are," I say kissing his cheek. I cuddle back in his arms and fall asleep to the sound of Caleb and Amelia screaming over Caleb killing her. 

Jake

Cat suddenly screams. 

"KATIE?" I quietly yell. 

"The doctor said that she was going to have migraines and that she needs to sleep when she gets them. He also mentioned that she will scream due to pain. She'll be fine. Just don't wake her." She says. I nod, kiss the top of Cat's head and lay my head on her's. I fall asleep like this, only to waken a couple times by her screams. This day has been scary. I thought I was going to lose Cat. I'm glad I didn't.
