Being Caleb's Twin Sister {Editing}

Caleb

Catrina screams again. She's kept me up all night with her screaming. I get up and go to my mom's room.

"Mom she keeps screaming and It's getting on my nerves!" I say getting mad. 

"Go sleep in the living room or something and shut the door." She says. I do what she says and fall asleep in the couch. How much longer is this going to be happening?

"Caleb," Annie says shaking me. 

"Yeah?" I ask in a raspy voice.

 "We have to go to gymnastics." She says. 

"Alright," I say getting up and going into my room. Cat looks at me when I walk in. She looked terrible. Her hair was a mess she had a garbage can next to her and her face was pale. 

"What's wrong?" I ask. 

"I've been throwing up it's a part of the migraines." She says breathing fast. 

"Are you going to gymnastics?" I ask. 

"No. I'm not going to it until the migraines die down." She says with a hurt look on her face. She never misses gymnastics. There was a time when she had the flu and still went to gymnastics. These migraines are ruining her life and she knows it. 

"Okay. Well who's going to stay with you?" I ask since dad was at work and mom has to go with Hayley and Annie. 

"You." She says. 

"Oh okay." I say. 

Cat

Caleb walks out and backs down to the living room. 

"Mom!" I scream. She walks in.

 "What?" She asks. 

"Are you sure Caleb is going to take care of me?" I ask taking small, fast breaths. 

"Yeah. I'll make sure of it." She says. I weakly smile. 

"Bye Cat." She says kissing my forehead. 

"Bye," I say laying down. I could hear Caleb whining. 

"But I don't want to." He says. 

"Caleb she's sick. She could die. It's the least you can do." My mom says. I freeze. 

"Die?" I whisper to myself. 

"Okay." I could hear him say as footsteps approach our room. 

"Die?" I whisper to myself again. Caleb walks in with an expression that was hard to explain. 

"Die?" I whisper again but a little louder. 

"You heard?" He asks trying not to tear up. I nod, letting a tear slip. Soon after a long silence the front door opens. 

"Who's here?" I ask. 

"I don't know," Caleb says getting scared. 

"What if it's someone trying to hurt us." He says. 

"Come with me," I say walking down the stairs. I see a figure walk past and I dive on it. 

"WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU IN THIS HOUSE?"I yell. 

"Calm down. It's just me." Jake says from under me. 

"Oh. Hi." I say as I get off of him.

 "That was... AWESOME!!" Caleb says from behind me. 

"I know," I say with a laugh. 

"There's a camera hanging over there let's see if it got the footage Mom has to see this," Caleb says running to the camera.

 "I'm sorry I tackled you," I say to Jake. 

"It's fine. That was pretty awesome." He smiles pulling me into a hug. 

"GUYS COME LOOK AT HOW AWESOME THIS LOOKS!!" Caleb yells. We go to the computer he was at. He rewinds and replays it. I laugh at how stupid I was to think that someone was trying to hurt us. That was when the front door opened again. I peer my head around the corner.

 "Guys," I say in fear. It was a guy dressed in black.

 "Cat, do some gymnastics and take him down!" Caleb says. 

"I'm not doing it alone," I say. Then Jake grabs my hand and says, 

"We'll do it together. Caleb call the cops." He nods and grabs his phone out of his pocket. 

"Who are you?"I yell. He turns to look at us. He stops for a minute and then charges towards us. I jump out of the way and he runs into a vase which almost knocks him out. He stumbles over to us and just looks at us. He tries to grab me but I duck and slide and trip him. He falls hitting his head hard enough to knock him off. 

"Police are on the way," Caleb says. Within 5 minutes the police where here and took him away. 

"You guys just caught one of the top wanted criminals." the police officer says. I stare at him in disbelief. 

"Really?" I ask. He nods. 

"Can I take down your names for a news report?" He asks. I smile and nod. 

"I'm Cat, this is Caleb, and that's Jake." I smile. 

"Do you have cameras?" The cop asks. I nod. 

"We are going to need to copy some of the footage to keep as evidence." He says. He takes the tape and then says, 

"Your story will be on at 5." and he leaves as mom walks in. 

"What is going on here?" She asks. 

"You'll find out at 5." I smile.

*Skips to 5*

"This afternoon 3 kids took down a wanted burglar. These kids, Catrina Leblanc, Caleb Leblanc and Jacob Barnes, Tag teamed to take him down. I could explain it but I think you might want to check out the incredible clip that was taken with there security cameras." The news anchor says. 

"You took down a burglar!" My mom says in disbelief. 

"Shh. they're playing the video." I say. She watches the video in disbelief. When it was over she asks, 

"Where was Caleb?" 

"I was calling the cops." He says smiling. 

"Okay well today was eventful I think we should go out for dinner. All of us. Jake you too." My mom says. I smile.
