Chapter 5

Katherine's P.O.V.

Dinner went smooth and the rest of the week zoomed by fast. Hayes asked me if I wanted to come to the movies with him and Nash, of course I said yes!

"Bye mom!" I said as I left the house.

I walked over to the Grier's house and knocked on the door.

"Katherine hunny, do come in! Hayes is upstairs and Nash is in the living room." She smiled and then hugged me. I went into the livingroom to see Nash on his phone.

"Yo, whazzup my homeslice?" He said as he looked up.

"Nothing much homie." I said trying to be cool. Hayes walked in wearing a black Nike hoodie and some grey basketball shorts.

Damn.

"You look amazing." Hayes said and then hugged me.

I was wearing a lacey'ish blue top and some pink jeans. I had black flats on and I curled my hair, but it looked wavey.

"Thanks, not to bad yourself." I said.

"Shall we go lovebirds?" Nash said while winking. "Yeah." Me and Hayes said in unison while looking at each other.

We got in the car and sang along to the radio. 22 by Taylor Swift was one of my favorite songs so I was practically screaming.

"Ooh Kill'em!" Nash said. I burst out laughing as Hayes started to make funny faces at me.

"Guy's stop, I'm about to pee myself!" I said gasping for air.

"Okay, okay. We're almost there, so hold it in." Nash said.

We got there and we decided to watch the new Paranormal activity, I also pee'd. (;

I sat in the middle between Nash and Hayes.

I was scared basically the whole movie so I held Hayes hand. His hand was so soft and smooth.

I looked over to Nash.

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

"I'm gonna tap this person's shoulder to scare them!" He replied.

It was a girl, she looked about 20 or so.

"If they beat you up and ask me if I know you I'm gonna say no." I said while laughing.

"What happened to no man left behind?" Nash asked seriously.

"Don't you mean one man for himself? Besides I'm a girl." I said.

Nash started laughing and then tapped the girls shoulder.

"WHO DARE LAY A FINGER ON ME? I'LL BEAT YOU INTO A PULP!" The girl said.

Pulp? Hahaha. Really?

The girl then stood up and looked around, I accidently made eye contact with her.

Crap.

Next thing I know I was running out of the movies with the girl, Hayes, and Nash all running behind me.

I'm glad I'm not wearing heels.

I ran into a department store, this place was HUGE, no way she could find me in here! I ran to the men's section and hid in the clothes rack.

All of a sudden I hear footsteps near the rack.

"Katherine." I heard someone say.

"Kat are you here?" The other person said.

I peaked my head out, it was Nash and Hayes. I was extremely happy at that moment. I ran and hugged both of them.

"Gosh, guys." I said. "Thanks." I burst out laughing like crazy, "You stupid." I said while punching Nash on the shoulder.

Hayes P.O.V.

It felt good telling Katherine what happened in my past, and the fact that we almost kissed was SO much better.

Dinner went well along with the rest of the week and I asked her to the movies she said yes.

She came over on the weekend and I was stunned by how beautiful she looked, I also hugged her (;

Nash called us 'lovebirds' oh yes Nash, and you're a rebel.

22 by Taylor Swift, I think thats her name, came on and Katherine was rockin' out. If I had bills I would totally throw it on her right now. 😂

Aw, she was so cute.

"Ooh Kill'em!" Nash said. Katherine burst out laughing and I started making funny faces at her.

"Guy's stop, I'm about to pee myself!" Kat said gasping for air.

"Okay, okay. We're almost there, so hold it in." Nash said.

We got there and we decided to watch the new Paranormal activity, Kat also pee'd.

Kat sat inbetween me and Nash, she held my hand almost the whole time.

I saw her look over at Nash and they started talking about something next thing I know Nash was tapping someone's shoulder and me, Nash, and some crazy chick was running after Kat.

Katherine ran into a department store, me and Nash went the other way the crazy girl went.

We walked into the men's section and then started calling Katherine's name. Almost 5 minutes had passed but we were finally ambushed and hugged by Katherine.

"Gosh, guys" She said. "Thanks."

"I'm glad you're okay." I said smiling then hugging her again.

"Yeah, well lets just go home." Katherine said as I put my arm around her shoulders and we started walking.

"Aw I wanted to shop here!" Nash said sarcastially.

"Haha, good one." Katherine said while smiling.

Nash's P.O.V.

*Cue the music*

WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!
