I went to school today but my Dad didn't want me to go just in case I still wasn't feeling well. I said I should still go and come back home if something happens. I faked a smile and pretended everything was fine as I left the house. As soon as I entered the school I spotted Aiden and Steve both glaring at me. They raced up to me and both gave a me a hug. I smiled at Aiden and ignored Steve.
'Maria, are you ok?!' Steve yelled.
I ignored him and smiled at Aiden.
'Maria, how are you?! Are you ok?!' Aiden asked.
'My body still hurts a bit but I'm ok, thanks for asking.' I smiled.
Aiden and I both walked to the lockers. This was the first time Aiden ever spoke to me in school. Maybe because he was more concerned with how I was than his popularity this time.
'Why did you ignore Steve? I thought you like him.'
'I want to keep out of trouble.' I said. He nodded his head and we made our way to registration.
At lunch I passed a note to Steve. It said, 'Need to talk. Meet me after school at the Sportshall.'
I have to go now. I'm really tired so I'll write about it later. Night! :)
