Hey Maria here.
Just got back to the party. I'll tell you in details what happened. At 5:30pm I quickly took a quick shower and blowed dried my hair. I don't have a curling iron so I just left it like that. My hair is naturally straight so it was ok. I put this white dress on. It was really nice and was beautifully decorated with white flowers on the bottom bit of the dress. I bought it yesterday with my pocket money. I don't have any pocket money now, but it's worth it right? I have to look great for that party. I put the mascara on the top and bottom of my eyelashes and faintly dabbed blusher on my cheeks. I then put lip gloss on my lips. I can't believe it! Two weeks ago I was some nerdy-freak with glasses and braces and now, well.. Let's just say I'm one sexy bitch! So many people have said I've changed so much, but what can I say? People change for a reason. I stared at myself in the mirror. I was ready! I grabbed my small white bag and slowly walked downstairs. I was about to leave the house when I heard Dad shout, 'Maria, honey? Where are you going?' I slowly walked back to the kitchen where he was and said, 'Dad. I'm going to the party that I told you about, remember?' 'Ah.. Yeah. Maria, you look different. And I've noticed you've changed so much. Is something bothering you, honey?' He raised his eyebrow. 'Dad, people change. I'm happy with what I am now.' I smiled. 'Ok, honey. But sometimes changes can be bad. You may not see it but observe the people around you. Take hints on how they feel.' He said. I sighed, 'Ok. Thanks, Dad.' I smiled. 'It's ok, my princess.' He smiled. I walked to the door knowing that he was right. Eversince I've changed, Aiden and I have not been getting on ok. I should maybe talk to him at the party? I opened the door and noticed Aiden with Lauren outside. I guess Lauren was taking Aiden to the party. 'Honey, would you like a lift?' Lauren offered. I saw Aiden stare at me but as I looked back at him he looked away and opened the car door. He got inside. 'I'm ok, thanks Lauren.' I smiled. 'Are you sure, honey? You can have a lift.' 'No I'm ok.' I smiled. 'Ok, darling.' She smiled as she got in to her car. They drove off. I walked. I'm off to sleep so I'll write about it later...
