Ch.28

Jake immediately grabs a motorcycle and rides fast along the rode as he tries to get in contact with his chums. "Someone answer me...please!" To his relief someone had managed to answer him.

"Jakey! Please don't come here!" Roxy shouts.

"Roxy?! Tell me whats happening!"

"An all out war just started Jake! Jack made an appearence with a gang of vampires under his control. The batterwitch is fucking fighting back with her own forces, but we are caught in a crossfire! Dave is shot! And Jane is trying to fix him up with Feferi! Rose and I are trying to protect them along with Dirk! But don't come here! They are both after you Jake!"

"I can't just leave it all to you mates!" He shouts as he rides down the streets of town with many people moving out of his way as he rides dodging other cars and running passed red lights and yellow lights not caring for any law enforcement to catch him. "I'll be there in just a moment please hang on everyone!" 

Meanwhile, Dirk holds his sword tightly as he blocks an attack of one hunter and kicks away a vampire. His hands clutching the handle until blood draws in his palms. His anger rising and his inner beast just awaiting to haul ass and cause a rampage. He starts diving through the crowd of enemies, his eyes focused on Jack, and his face revealing the glare of hatred. He tosses his shades aside and slides while keeping low and knocks the Triton out of the Condesce's hands and knocks her to the floor with a rough kick. He turns to Jack and swings his sword down just as Jack brings up a golden staff blocking his attack. Dirk clenches his teeth tightly as his fangs gave way growing and growing while the glare in his eyes brightened. Jack grins and headbutts him causing him to stumble back as Jack swings his staff to his head drawing blood and making the blonde fall to the floor.

"I guess I'll kill you this time!!!" Jack shouts as he pulls out his gun and presses it to his head.

"Not so fast!!!" The crowd stops and the noise ceases as Jake rides in and jumps off the motorcycle landing before Jack and kicking up his gun while pointing his own gun to his face. "Make a move and you're finished!" He shouts. Jack stares at him before taking a step back with a wideful grin.

"There you are Mr. English," Jack says with a smile the robe brightly flashing in many colors as he lowers his weapon and turns to Jake.

"Back off creeping cod!" The Condesce shoves him aside and grabs her Triton as she thrusts it forward toward the Brit. Jake ducks and quickly spins around trips her down long enough to kick the Triton away just as Jack pulls out a revolver and quickly shoots only to have the bullets blocked by Dirk. The two stand back to back facing both enemy leaders without a clear plan on how to escape.

"Jake you dumbass you shouldn't have come..."

"I was going to whether you wanted me to or not,"

"Jake you'll get killed.."

"I won't...."

"Jake..."

"Trust me...please?"

Dirk hesitates, but nods in agreement as the two face off agaknst the Condesce and Jack.

Meanwhile, the girls manage to bandage up Dave's wound as Roxy contiues to take cover fire for them.

"Shit....."

"Don't move Dave please..." Jade says quietly.

"Jade stay with him alright?" Jane says.

"Yes...I'll take care of him,"

Jane jumps up and carries a large massive red fork as she swings it arojnd knocking over a few enemies.

"I hope everyone will be okay..."
