Gijeong's pov:
I woke up and found myself on a bed, covered in piles of blanket. My head was still in a splitting ache. I looked around and saw a room engulfed in pitch black darkness. Beside the bed, laid a white candle alit atop a cracked-up wooden tabletop. From the corner of my sight, a movement from the room's pitch black darkness caught my attention. My eyes shifted.
An olive-green crinkled-up hand with long pointy dusty nails creepily emerged from the darkness. It slowly stretched towards me as my eyes widened in bewilderment and as thoughts raced wildly through my mind.
The crinkled hand reached towards my forehead and laid gently on it. I instantaneously felt a icy-cold tingling sensation.
A high-pitched squeaky voice surfaced. "Ah ... Miss, you are awake. Don't move, let me feel your temperature. Ah ... yes ... you feel better now. Now, open your mouth."
I hesitated.
"Now, now, Miss. I can sense about a kind of ... soreness in your head. I insist you eat this to feel better."
I loosened up my jaws as the crinkled hand shakily held up a spoonful of greenish-black gooey substance into my mouth. A surge of pungent smell and a wave of bitterness engulfed my mouth and nose, almost numbing the senses of my taste buds and nostrils.
I rapidly leaned towards the wooden tabletop and stretched for the half-melted white wax candle, swiftly shifting it back to the voice's direction. The candle flame's light shone. My eyes widened in awe.
A creature laid before me. I only imagined to see such a creature in fairytales of sort. The creature looked seemingly like a goblin. Its nose broken and cranked, olive-green skin crumpled and crinkly, limbs shrinked to bones. The creature was standing two-legged on a stool to compensate for its miniature size.
"Who ... who ... are ... you?", my voice whispered in fear.
"Ah yes sorry Miss, ha! My century-aged brain has been failing me nowadays. Now, now, a proper introduction. My name is Yogu, the house healer. Master Jungkook has left you in my hands to treat you. Have a good night's rest, I'll be back tomorrow." Yogu jumped off the stool and staggered back towards the room's blanketing darkness.
"No, wait! Don't go!", I yelled.
"Ah yes, Miss, do you need more blankets?", Yobi staggered a few steps back from the darkness.
"No, no, no. No more blankets please." The heat trapped under the pile of blankets has started to feel unbearable as I sat up and shoved them hastily aside. "Where am I? What's this place? And where's Jungkook?"
"Ah ha ha ha ..." Yogu chuckled. "Jungkook's having a meeting of sorts. He's busy now. I will relay the message that you have awoken. You are in a safe place, don't worry darling. Have a good night's rest."
Yogu staggered toward me and stared into my eyes. Swiftly but steadily, he snapped his crinkled fingers right at the tip of my nose .
The next moment I knew, my eyes started to feel droopy as a swell of drowsiness began to overtake my body. "But ... but ... where ... wherrrr ... wheeee ... am ... I?", I whimpered, but to no avail. My back succumbed and crashed back into the bed.
The last image I could only recall was Yogu's back disappearing into the darkness before my eyes closed in fatigue.
"Where in the hell am I?"
