Never forget

Chapter Two

It's been three years since that day. I haven't seen Kagome since that day. Everyone thinks I've forgotten her, but the truth is, she's still on my mind.

A man starts waving his hand in front of Inuyasha's face to get him out of his daydream.

" Hello? earth to Inuyasha!"

He glances up. " Huh?"

" See! you did it again! that has to be the fifth time you have done that since we started practice today."

Inuyasha grips onto tessaiga. " Shut up! Okay, I'm ready, let's do this!" 

The man raises an eyebrow. " Are you sure?"

Inuyasha gets into the stance. The man does the same. " Alright, but I'm not going to hold back."

" Heh. Something I would expect from Totosai's grandson. You little smart ass."

The man grins then lunges at Inuyasha. Quickly Inuyasha gets out of the way and goes to use wind scar until the man blocks the shot before coming down sending tessaiga flying. As it hit the ground returning to normal, the man brought his sword to Inuyasha's neck.

" Unfair advantage much?" Inuyasha sits up and rolls his shoulder to get it unrestrained. " Taiyo, I have to admit that your pretty good....for now, that is!"

Taiyo walks back carrying tessaiga. " well, like I've told you plenty of times before, " he sits down. " you need not only focus but a clear mind and soul. Which frankly you have neither at the moment."

Inuyasha sheaths tessaiga and sits there silently thinking.

Taiyo starting to feel annoyed. " You know, you can talk to me about it if you want."

Inuyasha stands up. " You just wouldn't understand."

" You say that every time I ask you to tell me your problems! you can't just lock away your problems and deal with them yourself!"

Inuyasha glares at him. " Oh Yeah? well, let us see how that works out because that's exactly what I'm doing! so just leave me the hell alone!"

Inuyasha comes walking into the village and stops at Kaede's home. If there's one thing that old hag is good for....its for talking.

Kaede looks up to see Inuyasha plant his butt down on the floor with his arms folded.

" What's the special occasion for thee visiting I so late?"

" Kaede........Kaede do you ever have feelings that you know somethings wrong with a person you care about.......but your not sure what it is?"

Kaede sighs. " If ye are speaking of Kagome, you must bite your tongue at once."

Inuyasha stares at her confused. " What the hell do you mean by " bite my tongue"?

she looks at him sympathetically. " Inuyasha, Tis it is three years since she left. and Ye are still worried about her.......maybe it's time ye moved on."

Inuyasha stands up quickly. " What?! and why the hell should I do that?!" He cuts off Kaede before she could answer.

 " You know what! I thought you would help me but you are just like everyone else! I can't just forget about someone who I cared about and who cared about me!"

" Inuyasha-"

" What!?"

" Kagome isn't returning. It would be best if ye moved on and started a new life."

" Listen up old hag! I lost everything right in front of me! and you are asking me to forget about all that?"

She hesitates to answer for a moment. " Yes.....realize that it wasn't just ye who had to suffer. Everyone else was affected."

Inuyasha starts to walk out of the home. " Well, I guess I'll be disappointing everyone's wishes because I will never forget Kagome for as long as I live."
