One betrays..One falls..One lost

*Petra's Pov*

Been staring at Jesse.....he is definitely not doing good.
It was breakfast and he was just sitting their poking at his food with a fork. Even if he loved baked potato and steak, he didn't swallow a piece

"Guys...I am not feeling hungry.....excuse me"

Everyone looked at Jesse with a worried look as he left the table.

"He probably at too much last night" axel spoke up
"Are you kidding ? He just had 2 cookies" olivia protested
"He is probably not hungry or having a sore stomach..." lukas answered

The group became silent
I stared at all of them and found a wrist band on their hands. Some had green and some viol-...uhh lavender.

"Hey guys, what's that ?" I asked pointing to their bands

"Ohh petra I've been meaning to tell you...I gave all our world group a lavender band while jesse"s world a green.....so that we can identify each other easily" jess explained

"What about you ...me and jesse?"
"Umm I am the female version and he is the male sooo no doubts and ....well....you....dont have a doppelganger"

I nodded and went back to poking my food with my fork......I realised that I was doing what Jesse was doing.
I figured that I lost my appetite and excused myself out

I went to my room and decided to explore it since I never got a chance to since I got here. I realised how my room was fitting and perfect for me ....I wondered how......then a thought crossed my mind

Was Petra's room ?
But...if petra died before the they got this place ....how would she.....

Another thought crossed my mind

Did jesse make this room a remembrance ?
I decided not to ask.

I saw a book in the corner..

*Jess's Pov*

After finishing my breakfast, I went to check on petra.....
I saw her sitting in her room reading a book

"Knock knock?"
"Hey jess"
"Watcha reading girl"
"Umm nothing ...just a book I found"
"Ok then....umm I wanted to ask you something"
"Shoot it"
"What are you and jesse upto"

Her pale skin almost turned tomato red and a huge grin appeared on her face

"Umm.....we kinda sorta kissed and I kinda sorta confessed my love"
"WHAT?"
"yup"
"WHEN...WHERE...HOW...."
"town centre......last evening.....after a dance"
"Dance?"
"Yup ...we sucked"
"Petra...I am happy for you and all....but you do realise that you will have to return to our world once this is over right ? And leave jesse"

Her face turned down with sadness
I should have not said that

"I know jess....but ......I try not to think about it...... I really fell hard for him"

"And he will be soooo heartbroken if you leave him ....again"

I mentally facepalmed myself for saying that.....

"....but I don't know what to do........"

I gave petra a hug
"We will find a way"...

After that depressing chat with petra...I went to go check on the other guys.....when I reached the spot....

I saw all of them just staring a something

"Guys?"
"Jess ....you need to look at this"

It was a paper....all black and torn with scary crimson coloured writings

I read them out....

"One will betray one of you in this battle
One will beat the dust in this battle
One will be gone....erased from existance"

I instantly looked around hoping I know who does what.........
