"Yeah, okay. I don't really want to see you guys feed so I'm going to go find somewhere to eat. I'll meet you guys at the bar later."

"Katherine. What are you doing here?"

~~~
"Nice to see you too, Beth," Katherine smirked with a chuckle.
"You know I didn't mean it like that," Beth chuckled. "What I meant is, what are you doing here in Chicago? Shouldn't you be as far away from Klaus as possible?"
"Yeah, well, I needed to talk to Stefan," the doppelganger answered as Beth's food arrived.
"And you already did?" The banshee questioned.
"Uhuh," Katherine nodded as she ate one of Beth's fries.
"And what about?"
"Stefan is planning something against Klaus and if anybody needs him gone it's me. I need to be a part if it," she explained.
"So why come to me?"
"I just simply like your company. I was around, and your the only one who doesn't roll their eyes at the sight of me," Katherine chuckled.
"Right. Okay. But this is very close to Gloria's Bar which is where Klaus has been and will come back to, aren't you the tiniest bit scared?" Beth questioned.
"Scared, no. A little nervous, but I hid from him for 500 years, I can do it for a day," she shrugged just as a groan escaped the strawberry blonde's pink lips. "Beth what's wrong?"
"Something's happening," Beth groaned as she clutched the sides of her head. "To stefan."
"Where? Beth, where is he? Beth?"
"In Gloria's Bar," she uttered right before the vampire sped them to the rustic bar.
Katherine was about to attack the witch, when Gloria brought her down with an aneurysm. Beth had no idea what to do and did the only thing that came to her mind, let out an ear piercing scream.
A scream so powerful and loud, it threw the witch across the room and caused the other two vampires in the room pain but it quickly relinquished once the sound had stopped. Unfortunately, the witch was not so lucky and was still on the floor.
Stefan was unconscious, tied to a table, where he was being bled out, and Katherine was just now getting up from the ground and walking towards the witch. "She's dead," the vampire announced once she had turned the body around.
"I... I killed.. I killed her," Beth stuttered before a sob escaped her throat as she saw the blood that had spilled out of the witch's ears.
"It's okay. You saved Stefan... and me," Katherine told her as she tried to turn her away from the body but she wouldn't budge as she stared with tears rolling down her cheeks. "Beth! Hey! It's okay," she said shaking the strawberry blonde's shoulder as she took her away.
"I killed her, I killed her," she cried repeatedly as Katherine released Stefan from the ropes. "I killed her."
Katherine and Stefan had managed to clean the whole place up and take Gloria's body away so no one would find her body, but Beth had not moved from the steps where the older vampire had left her. She had completely ignored the conversation that the two vampires had and simply stared at the wall as tears brimmed her eyes.
