Michael:

And sometimes I still sit there with my guitar, or hers, and I play for her, and she sits there, in all her beauty, and smiles. She tells me she's sorry for leaving. She tells me she's trying to come back. She tells me it's impossible. She tells me she's proud of me for being so strong for her. She tells me she loves me. But I know it's just in my head, because she's gone...

Claire:

And sometimes I visit him. He plays his guitar, or mine, and sings to me. One of my favourites. And it makes me smile. And I try to apologise for leaving so suddenly. I try to tell him I'm trying to come back but it's impossible. I tell him I'm proud of him for being so strong. I tell him I love him. But I don't think he hears or sees me.
