Nick POV

I hadn't realized that I had opened my eyes nor that I was awake, because I didn't believe I was. that dream, it was so real that I could feel everything as if it was actually happening. The sorrow when I saw Judy dying and the pain while I cut my throat.... it was all a dream but just like very other time I couldn't stop thinking about it nor preventing it from happening again. Every time I closed my eyes this would come up in my head and force me out of sleep and into a panic attack. Each and every single time Judy would hug me and tell that it was nothing and that she was there fore me, that she would never leave me alone.

And so it happened tonight, I had once again found myself in her arms as I cried out her name again and again in agony. "It's just a dream Nick" She whispered in my ear continuously to calm me down. My whole body was shaking and sweat was coming out of every pore of my body, I couldn't muster enough strength to answer her as she asked if I was alright... maybe because I wasn't. I opened my mouth to speak but once again only cries came out of it, I couldn't stop myself and that kept on for an hour until I was finally able to sit normally and speak.

"Do you want me to get you some water?" She asked kindly and looked into my eyes, this wasn't pity I was seeing. I nodded and she left the room to fetch me a glass of water, this had become a routine. I shifted my looked down at my paws which seemed to have calmed down, they weren't shaking any more. A second later she came back with my water and gave it to me. I starred at it in confusion for a good ten seconds before remembering what I was supposed to do with it..... yeah I should drink that shouldn't I?

I raised my paw and brought the water in my mouth. "T-thanks" I stuttered and stretched my arm to give her the glass. My fingers became numb and it slipped out of my paw, falling down on the floor and shattering into thousand little pieces. "Don't worry I'll pick it up" She said and knelt down to clean up the mess. I looked at her, trying to understand what had happened. I couldn't think at all at the time, my mind was in a complete shock and I couldn't react to the slightest thing. I didn't even know what had just happened.

"D-did I mess up?" I asked, I needed to know. "No you didn't, calm down" She said and put her paw on mine to show me that it was fine, that I hadn't done anything. I believed her, she wouldn't lie time for anything. I trusted her with my life. "I... I d-dropped the glass" I said, forcing myself to go back to a normal mental state. My mind was working slower than a sloth and I was struggling to even remember my name. "Yeah, you did" She said and stood up, she had picked up all the pieces of the glass.

The door was slowly opened by another figure which I tried to recognize, it was Weston. "Are you ok Nick? You look like a mess" He said worryingly and his head tilted slightly. "Not now Weston... he can't" Judy said and sat beside me. "I'm fine, what is it Weston?" I said and stood up to prove her that I was absolutely perfect while in reality I wasn't, not yet at least. He looked at Judy who nodded with a sigh and then he walked in. "We've got a visitor, she wants to see you" Weston said, there was something in his voice. Something like a warning...... he was warning me but for what?

"Who is it?" I asked, put on my blue coat over the Hawaiian shirt and got out of the apartment to follow him down to the lobby. "Don't do anything hasty" He said, avoiding the question. Even with a hazy mind I could still understand that there was something that I wouldn't like down those stairs. "Promise" I replied coldly and started going downstairs. Step by step the lobby room was revealed to me and I could see that everyone was sitting on a different chair, all starring at someone I still couldn't see. Roebuck was sitting right in front of the stairs while Weston took a seat opposite of him.

Mrs. Otterton was here as well and she just like the others was sat and her eyes fixed on a single spot on the far left side of the lobby. I sighed and took the last step, walking into the room and finally seeing who the visitor was....
