Ama’s P.O.V:

“Ama Bee? Earth to Ama!” My father waved his hand in front of my face.

“Oh, sorry dad.”

“What’s wrong? You’ve been gazing out the window since we boarded the plane.”

Did my dad really think I’d share my personal feelings with him? He’s been trying to get me to do that all my life; I’m not going to. “Nothing…”

“Ama—“

“Dad! I’m okay for real.”

He gave me this look. I obviously knew the conversation wasn’t over; he’d continue it later. I sighed, tucked my whole body under the covers, and drifted into a not so peaceful sleep.

I bumped into some guy around our age with all black gear on, “Oh, sorry sir.” He glared at me as if I just pushed him on the floor or something. What’s up with THIS guy? I told Prod that we should continue going to eat lunch.

Wait, didn’t this really happen? It was yesterday! Unlike when this really happened, the dream version of me noticed Prodigy looking back at the random guy and they exchanged a look.

My eyes snapped open just to be greeted by the hum of the plane, the snoring of a few passengers, and my thick wool cover now off my face. What did that mean? I know I miss Prod, but why would he look back at that guy … I sighed then returned to sleep for the rest of the trip.

???’s P.O.V:

“Are you sure you want to do this? You look kind of nervous.” I smirked under my huge black sweatshirt at the boy. I was in an alley right in his hometown, Philadelphia. He was looking between me, the bag of grass in my hands, and the opening of the alley; probably doubting if he should do this or not.

After only a few seconds, Prodigy nodded, “Yeah. I’m ready.” He handed me the money, which I gladly accepted. “Are you sure this is the good stuff? It won’t kill me right?”

I shook my head, “With the money you just paid all I could give you is the good stuff. Would I ever do you wrong Prod? I am Ariel’s sister after all.”

“You’re right … Thanks.” He said as he tucked the bag deep into his winter coat and briskly walked until I couldn’t see him anymore. Deandré will be pleased with my work.

Nia’s P.O.V:

“Yo, Chyna.”

“Aye, what up Nia?”

“He won’t even talk to me.”

“Just give him some time.”

“But I didn’t do anything wrong … Can’t get through, no matter how many times I hit you. You just pick up the phone, see my name and let it gooo.” Chyna and I sang into my hair brushes, pretending as if they were microphones, in the middle of my bedroom.

I plopped down on my bed once Missing You ended, “Arizona is too boring.”

“I know … What should we do?”

A light bulb went off in my head and a devious grin spread on my face, “Prank call the guys perhaps?”

“I like the way you think.” Chyna got out her phone and called Ray, but he didn’t answer. I frowned, he better not be having TOO much fun without me.

Next, Chyna called Prince and he answered only on the second ring, “Jacob’s not available right now! Sorry!” A female voice said before disconnecting the line. What the actual Chris Brown?! Am I on that crahja or did that really just happen?

“Where? Who? He’s been where..With who?” Chyna said in her Emmanuel Hudson voice.

“Maybe she’s just a cousin or something. Prince has a big family.” I shrugged.

“Yeah, you’re probably right. Movie night?”

“Chick flicks, popcorn, and ice-cream? Oh, I’m in!” We ran down the stairs and down another flight into the basement.

I just realized we are horrible at prank calls; they have us in their contacts.

Dee [aka Deanna]’s P.O.V:

“Why’d you do that Dee?!” Jacob snatched his phone back and looked at his calls; he groaned. “Oh, no. It’s was Chyna. What’d she say to you?”

“She didn’t get to say anything,” I simply said. “Who’s Chyna though? Your girlfriend?” I teased making color creep up to his cheeks.

“Nah, just a close friend.”

I felt a little anger burn inside of my stomach. Who was this girl making Jake blush and suddenly become shy? He’s the most outspoken person I’ve ever met! “Well you should call your ‘close friend’ back.” I said as I sat on his lounge chair.

Jake faced his back to me and dialed her number; it rung for a little before it went to voice mail and he sighed. “Dang, I hope she’s not mad at me.”

“Why would she be mad? Your just friends, right? Besides we’re just cousins Jacob. You seem to keep forgetting that.” I winked before getting up and exiting his room. This hoe is going down …

********

“Hey boo.” I said into my cell.

“’Sup?” Deandré whispered.

“Why are you whispering?”

“I’m at Ariel’s house, remember?”

I furrowed my eyebrows, “Oh, yeah. Anyway, Jacob likes this Chyna chick for sure.”

“Good. We’ll break everyone apart from Ariel one-by-one.”

“They’ve crossed the wrong street.”

After talking to my boyfriend a bit we said our good byes and I headed to the bathroom. I set the water temperature to warm, peeled out of my clothes, and stepped into the shower; warm water beating down on my skin.

I sighed when the water began to turn a little cold and turned it off.

As I got dressed, I thought about our plan. When this is over I’ll have Jacob and De will have Ariel. We never told each other, but we both know this is the only reason we’re going through with this plan.
