Chapter 14: Girls Night out

Vilu POV

I decided to set up a girls afternoon out since one I don't have to go into work today and two was because the last girls night out wasn't even real and it was all a set up so Leon and I will become close again. Speaking of Leon it feels like we never broke up he is the sweetest guy ever and he always supports me either way. I just love him so much I don't want to leave him anymore.

I got into my car and I started the engine. I started listening to our songs from when we was at the studio and guess what song came on, 'Nuestro Camino' all the memories came rushing back from when we both dreamt that song without even realising it, that was when we knew there was a connection between us and that we were meant for each other.

I arrive at the cafe where we are all meeting up and no surprise I'm the first one to show up on time I sit down on our table and waited for about five minutes so I decided to go on my phone for a bit till they finally arrive.

F: We're so sorry we were late, the traffic was bad.
V: It's fine don't worry, it's not like I was waited for about five minutes so, but now I know why. So how's everyone doing?
C: Hold that thought Vilu, first we want to talk about what happened on your date with Leon.
N: Are you guys back together?
L: Did he propose to you?
V: You guys just got here and now you're asking me some serious question.
F: Just tell us, we're dying to know, give us every little detail.
V: Ok fine, if you really want to know, basically I was waiting outside the restaurant for you girls to arrive. It since that was fake I saw Leon coming towards me, at first it was a bit awkward but when we went inside for dinner it wasn't as bad as I thought, I mean we talked and laughed together and then he took me to a place in the park and it was so beautiful, there was a picnic table with a basket of food and surrounding it was fairy light, it was magical.
F: Thanks to me
V: Anyway we then went towards the white sheet and there was a clip playing about the moments me and Leon shared our moments together when we was at the studio and my favourite song was playing as well. It was the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for me.
N: So are you guys a couple again.
V: Yes we are. As I said that the girls all jumped out of their seats and ran towards me and hugged me, they were squealing like girls at a Justin Bieber concert. Everyone in the restaurant was looking at us but they didn't care.
F: I'm so happy for you, we knew you guys would work it out.
V: And I want to say thanks to you all, if you all didn't arrange to set up the date then we would still be apart and away from each other.
N: It was actually Leon who came up with the date but we all added the picnic and film in the park.
V: That's very sweet of you. I love you guys
F,C,N,L: Me to.
L: Can I say something first?
V: What is it?
L: It's actually for Fran, whilst you were driving I noticed something on you finger. What happened.
F: I wanted to tell you guys but Diego and I went on a date yesterday, he told me to dress up nicely, so I did and he took me to the most beautiful restaurant in Buenos Aires, whilst we were eating a band came towards our table and they started to play some beautiful music and then I saw Diego bend down on one knee and he pulled out a red box from his pocket and instead of calling me Francesca Caviglia, I will be called Francesca Hernández in a few months time.

I couldn't believe what Fran just said, Diego actually proposed to her. I couldn't be more happy for them, they deserve all the happiness in the world, I couldn't just stay in my chair I went towards her and hugged her tight and congratulated her, everyone did the same, I feel so emotional right now. Like our parents say; they grow up so fast.

We noticed there was a stage in the back so we asked the waitress if we could sing a song to celebrate the engagement of Fran and Diego. Of course she accepted and we sang 'Junto A Ti'

There was an applause from the crowd of people gathered around the stage, we did not realise they were there we must have lost track of time. Couldn't this get any better, first me and Leon are together again and I could be more happy and Fran and Diego are getting married. I couldn't ask for a better life. I love all my friends and family.
