Chapter 24: After Party

Vilu POV

So the after party has officially begun. It was held inside this large white tent outside. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves with their partners. Frans is dancing with Diego, Cami is dancing with Broduey, Maxi is dancing with Naty and the list continues. And there's me sitting on a table. Alone. I wish Leon was here, you don't know how much I miss him and it makes me realise that I can't live without him.

I decided to walk outside, there was a bridge that crosses the river. The moonlight bounced off the water and it was quiet all I could hear is the sound of the water streaming down the river. I came out of my thoughts when I heard someone behind me.

?: What are you doing out here all by your self.

I turn around and I see Fede and Ludmilla looking at me.

V: I just came out for some fresh air.
L: And thinking about Leon.
V: What is he's not ok? What if he never wakes up? I can't live without him.
F: Leon is a strong guy Vilu, he'll get through it no matter what. We all miss him very much but the only thing you have to do ust keep looking at the bright side and always think positive.
L: We're all here for you Vilu don't ever think you're alone cause you're not.
V: Thank you. You guys are like my brother and sister and I love you.
F: We love you to.

And with that we joined together in a hug and we make our way back inside the tent and onto the dance floor where I danced with Ludmilla and Fede and then the others decided to join in. We've been dancing for a few hours so I sat back down as I got tired from dancing. Someone sat next to me and it's someone who I didn't want to see.

Tomas

T: What are you doing here all alone?
V: Cause I want to be alone Tomas.
T: Don't you wanna dance, you know, with me.
V: I don't feel like dancing.
T: Then what's on your mind then? And where's Leon?
V: You don't know do you?
T: What happened.
V: Leon is in a coma.
T: ...Oh... I'm so sorry to here but I'm here if you need me.
V: Thanks Tomas.
T: Listen Vilu... Just as Tomas was about to speak, Fran came over.
F: Hey Vilu, I was thinking how about us girls sing a song.
V: That would sound great, I'll see you later Tomas.
T: Yeah.

The girls and I walk onto the stage and we decided to sing 'Veo Veo' everyone in the crowd was dancing to the music and we all enjoyed ourselves and I kind of forgot about Leon. After we finished singing there was a round of applause. I have to say I miss singing, I want there to be another reunion or maybe a tour.

It was around 10:30 in the evening and the party was still going. This is going to be a very long night. The music stopped and I see Diego going on stage.

D: I want to thank everyone being here this evening it really means a lot for Fran and I that you are here tonight celebrating this amazing day. I want to dedicate this speech to one of my very good friends on mine who sadly couldn't be here today. I immediately knew he was talking about Leon and now I had a tear in my eye. So please raise your glass for Leon. Everyone rose their glasses and Diego looked at me and I gave him a big smile and he smiled back. Bur in a minute Fran will be throwing the bouquet of flowers so any single ladies in the crowd be prepared.

The music started playing again and everyone got up and danced to one song when I was time for Fran to throw the bouquet of flowers. I didn't want to go up there, since my boyfriend may not live.

F: VILU, come here.
V: I'm fine thanks Fran. Then Naty came over to me.
N: Just come, Leon will be fine you need to stop worrying.
V: Okay fine I'll go.

We all crowded around in one spot, most of the girls were pushing and shoving each other like they are five year olds. Fran turned away from the crowd with the flowers in her hands, I wasn't thinking of jumping up to grab the flowers. But someone happened.

Fran never threw the flowers in the air and instead she gave it to one particular person. And that particular person was ME. There must be some kind of mistake cause Fran know that Leon is in hospital.

Then in the corner of my eye I see someone who I missed very much, I must me dreaming, this can't be real. It was someone who I love, it was my love. If you might have guess it it was Leon. My Leon, is awake. Someone pinch me. I didn't know what to do, I stood there like a statue. Leon really is here. He walked towards me and we hugged each other for a very long. How I missed his hugs. We didn't say anything until he did something that I thought would never happen.

L: Violetta, When I look into your eyes, I can see a reflection of the two of us and the life I hope we'll share together. I know my life will never be complete without you beside me to share it. When I saved you from those skater kids I knew that you would be the one. So Violetta Castillo, will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me...

So that is it. The final chapter is finally here. But I won't end this book on a cliffhanger so of course there will be a sequel to this book, which I'm very excited to write.
