Chapter 18: I Will Never Break My Promises

Vilu POV

Did he just say 'new house' I mean we only just got back together a few days ago and he's already brought a house. I literally don't know what to say, my body is like a statue. Frozen.

L: You don't like it don't you.
V: You got it completely wrong, I love it but... I got cut off my Leon.
L: No buts.
V: Don't you think it's a bit too far, I mean we got back together a few days ago and you're already taking the relationship to the next step.
L: It's not like we're moving in right now, what I wanted is to get all the furniture in and the walls decorated and move in we are both ready.
V: You know my dad won't approve. You know how he is, remember when he never let me out the house before I moved here to Buenos Aires and I've never stayed in a different house.
L: I'm just trying to make you happy but I can clearly see your not. I'm trying to do everything to keep this relationship together but you seem to be pushing it away. He said with anger filling up inside of him.
V: I'm not trying to push our relationship away and of course I want to make it work. I don't want to argue with you, I'll try and convince my dad but if you want to carry on arguing then this relationship will be pushed away and I don't want that and I know you don't want that either.
L: You're right and I'm sorry for arguing with you, we will move in when we feel like we're ready and I also don't was this relationship to be ruined. I love you with all my heart, we'll tell your dad together.
V: I'll move in with you when we are both ready but what if my dad says no?
L: Then we'll keep coming up with something till he finally changes his mind. Let's go.

We walk along the streets, the weather was beautiful but it's always like this in Buenos Aires, our hands were locked together. We walked in silence until Leon broke it.

L: You wanna Sings our song? I didn't bring my guitar with me but we could still sing a Capella.
V: Of course.

We stopped and looked into each others eyes we were both leaning but someone interrupted us by calling Leon's name. It's been a while since someone has done that. I looked over and I recognised the voice and the face. Leon and I haven't seen this person since my dad and Angie's wedding. Yes we forgave them for what they did but I still have a feeling inside my bones that I don't trust them. If you may have guessed it, it was Gery.

G: Leon, I've missed you so much how've you been?
L: Umm we're good thanks.
V: I'm sorry but we really need to go.
G: Oh Violetta, I didn't know you was there.
V: And yet you're standing right in front of you, sometimes I don't understand you.
G: Well what I don't understand is why you're still with Leon.
L: Listen Gery, Violetta is my girlfriend, what happened between you and Clement?
G: We broke up.
V: Sorry to hear but we really must go. Did I mention I was still holding Leon's hand really tight.
G: Maybe I could come with you.
V: Were already late so see ya.

I power walked away from Gery, I looked back and she had her arms crossed whilst giving me the evil look. I noticed Leon giggling quietly. He thought I wouldn't hear it but I did.

V: Why are you giggling?
L: Because I believe someone is Jealous of Gery.
V: Did you see the way she looked at you and she pretended to not notice me when I was clearly standing in front of her, it's obvious she broke up with Clement to get you back.
L: My love, listen, me and Gery were just friends when we was at the studio, I realised she had feelings for me cause she kept inviting herself in my garage but I didn't feel anything for her, I promise, I knew the only person I wanted to be with was you.
V: Have I told you that you're the sweetest guy in the entire world. I said happily whilst hugging hung from the side.
L: I try my best. But if you keep saying things like that I'll love you even more.
V: I didn't say anything I just gave him a little kiss on his cheek.
L: And stuff like that too. We both laughed and carried on walking.

We finally reached my dads house and I knocked on the door, after a couple seconds the door opened and my dad stood there staring at us and then at Leon

G: I see you finally made my daughter happy again. He was still staring at Leon and I knew Leon didn't like it.
V: Dad stop making Leon feel uncomfortable.
L: Like I said it was just a misunderstanding but we're fine now.
G: You better keep my daughter happy or else you'll never see her again. He started raising his voice
V: Dad! Stop! You're turning into the protective father again and I don't want that. You can't be dominant (Of you don't know what that means, it means taking control over others) and plus me and Leon are fine now, we decided to forget about it. But we came here to tell you something important.
G: You better not be pregnant young lady.
V: Me and Leon have decided to move in together... and of course he doesn't let meme finish my sentence, like always.
G: you're too young to move in together, I won't accept it.
V: You didn't let me finish, I was going to say that yes we have got a house but we're not moving in until we're both ready.
G: I still won't accept it, you're still a little girl.
V: I'm not a little girl anymore and plus I have a job.

We were raising our voices at each other, Leon just stood beside me stroking my hand trying to calm me down. German walked away leaving the door open, luckily Angie arrived, if she didn't then I would of lost my temper.

A: Why are you two arguing.
L: Me and Vilu have decided to move in together when we are ready but German won't accept it.
V: Can you try and talk to him.
A: I'll see what I can do.
L: Thank you Angie.
V: I have to go to the Studio but tell me what he says.
A: Will do.
L: I'll see you later.

He gives me a quick kiss on the cheek and I leave, I really hope Leon and Angie can change his mind.

Leon POV

Me and Angie walk into the living room where we see German sitting on the sofa with his Laptop on his lap.

A: Sweetie, please He pretends to not hear and focuses on his laptop. German listen to us.
G: What ever your going to say my answer is no.
L: German please, I promise I will always protect your daughter from danger, I will never leave her, I love her to much for that to happen.
A: Leon's right, both Leon and Vilu are old enough to look after themselves, let them move on with their lives, they deserve it so much.
G: when will you be moving in?
L: We said when we're both ready.
G: if you promise me those words you said, then I have no choice other then yes.
L: I promise, thank you so much German.

I'm so happy he's decided to change his mind and I will keep my promises and I will never break them.
