[Winnie's POV]
I rolled to the other side of my bed as I gradually open my eyes. I was met with another pair of eyes, looking at me ever so dearly while flashing a charming smile. He leaned in and planted a small kiss on my forehead before snuggling closer with his arms wrapped around my waist."Stay."
His bright eyes saddened as I slowly floated away from his embrace. He chased after me but the gap between us grew wider. Wider and further away till I was enclosed in a room. Dark and empty. I could hear his faint voice calling out my name.
"Winnie? Winnie?"
A light shone down on him in a distant. His head was turning frantically back and forth searching for me. He saw me at last. He's running towards me with his arm reaching out. The moment our fingers touched, I fell backwards off from a ledge of a building.
I gasped and shot opened my eyes accompanying with beads of sweat forming near my forehead. Breathing heavily, I brought my hand up to my chest and rested it there. My heart was still thumping wildly. Thank goodness it's just a dream. A dream..... Why did he have to appear even in my dream......?
I shook my head, brushing off all the thoughts and grabbed my phone. HOLY MACARONI! I'M GONNA BE LATE FOR CLASS!

."What time is it now Miss Miller?"
"Sorry Mrs Butterscotch."
"Just hurry along and get to your seat now."
"Thank you." I did a small polite bow before heading to the back of the class. I saw Amber mouthed "Where were you?" in which I replied with a shrug. Just as I expected and wanted it to be, he wasn't at his seat or in class. I could get used to sitting alone actually. That's what I thought.
10 minutes through class, he walked in.
"Well well Mr Smith. Seems like you and Winnie have trouble waking up early I suppose?"
"Maybe."
"Get to your seat."
His presence had interrupted my attention in class. From time to time I could feel a pair of eyes watching my every move. Sounds creepy but that's basically what happened. And is it just me or time was passing really REALLY slowly today? No matter how much I glance at the clock in class, the time still doesn't change. A minute seemed like an hour. I just can't wait to get out of here. This awkwardness is slowly eating me up on the inside.

"Alright, class dismissed."I let out a sigh of relief that's only loud enough for my own hearing. Stuffing all of my things back into my bag hurriedly, I fled out of class without any second thoughts. Only to be called out by Amber who had apparently chase me since I stepped out of class.
"Wait up! Wa-it! You're too f-fast!"
I stopped in my tracks as I waited for her to catch up.
She placed a hand on my shoulder for support as she tried to regain her composure.
"W-why did you walk so fast? My legs aren't that long you know. You clearly have no idea how much effort it took for me just to catch up."
"Thank me for that exercise I gave you."
"Oh my. Thank you so much Winnie! I loooooove it!" And came a loud slap onto my back.
