*** The day of Eurogamer ***

Me and Aaron woke up quite early on the day of Eurogamer, we wanted to get there nice and early, and we were catching a train that was leaving at half 6, so we would get into Earls Court at around 8. At the train station we were meeting a couple of Aaron's friends, Shane and his girlfriend. The week I'd spent with Aaron had been lovely, even though I often found myself not sleeping at night, because I wanted to sleep in the same bed as Aaron, and just cuddle him.

I didn't mind waking up early but I could tell Aaron hated it. I got up first, and he asked me to wake him up, because he didn't have an alarm. He told me to wake him up at half 5, so that's exactly what I did. I was dressed, and I opened the door slightly. I padded over to his bed. "Aaron you have to get up now" I whispered. His head was covered by the quilt, and his feet were sticking out the end. He groaned, "c'mon" I said. He pulled the duvet off his head. He looked so cute, his hair was all ruffled and messy, and his eyes were half closed. I smiled, "I'll leave you to get dressed" I said, then left the room and went downstairs to the kitchen.

I got my tickets out and put them on the side, I'd prebooked my train tickets with Aaron so we didn't have to queue on the day. We were staying in a hotel in London for the whole weekend. Aaron came down the stairs 5 minutes later, and his hair hadn't changed. "uhh Aaron..." I said and pointed to his hair. He looked in the mirror and laughed. We had some breakfast, before checking we had everything and leaving the house at 6. We were fairly close to the station, so we only needed to walk, and parking the car would be too expensive anyway.

At the station we met up with Shane and Mini Misa, and then we got on. When we were on the train, I sat opposite Aaron. The journey would be about an hour, "maybe you should get some sleep" I advised to Aaron, who was looking extremely tired, "yeah" he replied vaguely. He pulled his hood over his head and slumped in his seat. I chatted to Shane quite a bit about my life, and then about his but I mostly just looked out the window, I loved England, it was beautiful.

We arrived in London at around 7:45, and then we took the tube, arriving at Earls Court at about 8am. We went to the hotel around the corner with all out suitcases to drop them off in our rooms. Shane and Nicole had a room, and me and Aaron were next to them in a seperate room. The four of us then left the hotel and went back to Eurogamer and joined the queue, even though Eurogamer wouldn't open for another hour. The queue was quite big already, because a lot of people wanted to get in before others.

Me and Aaron were tweeting saying we were here so fans could meet us if they wanted. I was in a good mood today, I felt happy. It didn't take long to get in, and we went around so many places, trying out games and consoles. Me and Aaron met quite a few fans too, and had pictures with them. That evening we left Eurogamer, we went to the hotel. We got a pizza and me and Aaron left Shane and Nicole on their own. In mine and Aaron's room we turned on the tv. We watched tv for a couple of hours, before we went to bed at around 12.

The rest of the weekend was spent at Eurogamer, and we met more fans, went around different areas, and vlogged a lot of it. By the end of the weekend I was really tired, and felt really flat. One thing that had always made my depression worse, was doing activities that required a lot of energy. We left London on the Monday and got back to Aaron's house in the afternoon. I think Aaron could tell I was feeling flat because he asked me if I was okay a couple of times.

"Jess won't be home for another week" Aaron told me when we were watching tv back at his house. "Aww no why?" I asked, being as sympathetic as I could. "She said she has to do some important work for college" he replied. "Well when you next see her it will make it all the more special" I said to reassure him. "Thanks Mark." He smiled. I was quite glad Jess wouldn't be here, it meant I wouldn't be heartbroken if I saw them kiss or anything. The house party was the day after tomorrow, and I felt really nervous, even though Aaron kept telling me to relax, and that I'd enjoy it once I got there.

On the Tuesday, we decided to go to the cinema and see a film, it was so nice to do that with Aaron. In my head it felt like a date, and my heart was pounding every second I spent with him. We went to see a horror film, and it was a typical modern day horror, so it really wasn't that good. We still had a good time, and in the evening we did a livestream together. The livestream was hilarious, and we finished at about 2am before we got too tired and had to go to bed.

In the morning, we woke around 12 midday, and we felt quite tired. We ate a fairly healthy breakfast, I had a banana, and Aaron had some grapes. "So Mark what do you wanna do today?" Aaron asked, slouched on the sofa next to me. "Why don't we just go for a walk?" I suggested, "Yeah okay" Aaron replied. We sat for an hour longer before I went up to have a shower. I came out the shower and got dressed. When I went back downstairs, Aaron was dressed too. "How many people do you reckon they'll be at the party tonight?" I asked, sitting in his armchair. "I'm really not sure, like 50?" Aaron guessed. "Wow, that's quite a lot" I stated. "Yeah, but I know quite a lot of the people going and they're all lovely, I'm sure they'll be a couple of gay guys there too" He teased. "Hey shut up!" I retorted. "I'm only kidding, I promise I won't leave you" He smiled.

We went out for a walk at around 2pm, and we went to his local park a couple of streets away. We sat on the swings, and chatted about random things, and then there was a peaceful silence, before Aaron broke it, "Mark, you've seemed a little sad recently, is there something wrong?" Aaron asked, turning to face me, and squinting in the sunlight. I didn't reply for a few seconds. I knew I could trust him, he knew something was wrong, but do i tell him anything, do I open up? My stomach lurched, I stared at the floor, I stared at his expression, what would happen if I told him? "It doesn't matter" I brushed it off, I wasn't ready to tell him anything. "Well I'm always here for you Mark, and I do care about you a lot you know, even if you don't believe it." Aaron said.

what Aaron said gave a little flare of hope in my heart, it meant he cared about me. I found myself smiling after he said that, Aaron really was the sunshine in my life.
