| S. M. | Fixed Marriage |

I sat on the bed while biting the tip of my finger. I'm so nervous because today, I'm going to meet the guy I'm marrying soon.

Dad has a big company and he decided that it would be better if I'll be married to his business partner's son.

I look at myself in the mirror. I'm wearing a fancy light pink dress. My hair is curled.

I have a make up on. "I wonder if he's kind or something special" I said to myself.

"Yes, he is my daughter" I heard someone said and there is my dad, closing the door.

"He's sweet and gentlemen, Y/N. He has everything that a girl wants to a guy"

"I promise you wouldn't have a doubt when you met and marry him" Dad said and I sat on the edge of my bed.

"It's for the company's sake... and the most important, is yours" he said and I looked at him.

"I know it's hard for you to do this but trust me, this guy is different" he sighed and sat down beside me.

"I just want for you to have a better life and I want someone to take care of you once I'm gone" he said causing my heart to drop.

"I'm getting old, Y/N. This is for your future too. Once you started to know each other, you'll like him" he said with a smile and I did.

"Where's mom?" I asked him and he chuckled. "Waiting" he said and I chuckled.

Suddenly, we heard a knock on the door. "Sir, Ma'am, excuse. They're here" the maid said.

I took a deep breath and stood up. I straightened my dress and dad smiled to me.

We go downstairs and there they are. Sitting down on the dinning area.

There is a guy that I saw. I can't see his face because I'm facing his back.
But he has a pale skin.

"Hey, Mr. Mendes" Dad greeted his business partner and they shake their hands.

"Mr. Y/L/N, it's nice to meet you" he smiled and looked at me. "Oh, by the way this is my daughter, Y/N" Dad introduced me.

I smiled and he remembered something. "Shawn" he called and the guy that has a pale skin I saw, stood up.

He faced me and I swear, I feel like my legs became soft like marshmallows. He's looking adorable and somehow attractive.

"This is my son, Shawn. Shawn this is Y/N. The girl you are going to marry soon" his dad said.

"Hey, Y/N" he greeted and I smiled at him. He grabs my hand and kissed the back of it.

I blushed and he looked at me before letting go. "See? I told you that you're going to like him" Dad whispered causing me to chuckle..

"Honey, let's eat" Mom called and we sat down. I'm facing Shawn while his dad is facing my dad.

They're talking to each other as well as my mom with his mom. They're laughing and they seem pretty fine being together.

We started eating and Shawn and I kept looking at each other. Shawn gave me the look if I want to go outside.

I nodded and he smiled. Gosh, those smiles got me weak. We stood up and they looked at us.

"Excuse us" Shawn smiled and mom started wiggling her eyebrows. I chuckled and I hold Shawn's arm.

I bet he has muscular body because I can feel it in his black suit. We sat down on the bench in the terrace.

"You look beautiful, Y/N" he said and I like his cheeks that has a shade of pink.

"Thanks. You look good" I blushed and I chuckled. "I guess more than the word 'good'." I said while looking at the ground.

"I think I'm inlove at first sight" I heard him mumbled and I looked at him.

He looked at me and he shook his head. "Uhm, I- uh" I cut him off my saying "I think I am too."

His eyes widens and he blushed. Gosh, he looks cute. We started talking and the way he looks at me makes me melt.

"Maybe I'm just a kid inlove" I sang when our neighbor played that song.

He looked at me and smiled. "That's my song" he said and my eyes widens.

"Omg, that's my favorite song" I squealed and he chuckled. He sang a long with me.

I wanna do this at the rest of my life. Singing with him makes me feel better.

He told me the embarassing moments that happened to him when he was a kid.

I laughed a long with him and I didn't noticed that they're watching us.

We looked back and there they are, standing and looking at us while smiling.

"I guess you already like each other"
Mom said and we chuckled. I looked at Shawn and he did too.

He smiled at me and we go inside. "Are you ready for our wedding soon?" I asked him.

We sat down on the couch while they go to the dinning room to talk to each other.

"I guess so" he chuckled while scratching the back of his neck in embarassment.

"I think I have no doubt in marrying you and dad is right" I said while admiring him.

He looked at me and removed his hand behind his neck. He blushed and I looked at the floor.

He lifts my chin up and I looked at his brown eyes. He leaned to me slowly and I did too.

We finally kissed and I can feel the sparks. I wonder if he can feel it too.

We pulled away when someone let an uncomfortable cough. It's his father.

We looked at them and they're all looking at us. We blushed and they chuckled.

"It's not yet the wedding day" Dad said and we laughed. I looked at Shawn and I hugged him.

Dad's right, I wouldn't have a doubt at meeting and marrying Shawn soon.

Ik it's 0-100 real quick but for me it's cute tho. Lol
