Chapter 33 Two Angels

Your POV

Saturday 3:06am

"Well, that's kind of a long name. I think I'll just keep calling you a pervert." He pokes me and sticks his tongue out, "Or you could just call me Kenny. Or your super awesome, hot, sexy, cool, nice boyfriend." "I think I'll stick with Kenny." "Suit yourself." I flop onto the bed and get comfy, but Kenny gets up and starts walking up the steps. "Where are you going?" I ask. "I'm going to check on Karen. I'll be back in a minute." "Nope," I say, getting up amd walking after him, "I'm going to come too." "Um, okay?" We walk to Karen's room to find her in sitting in bed, her face buried in her knees. "Karen, what's wrong!?" Kenny practically shouts. Karen jumps a little, I guess she didn't notice us, "Oh, it's n-n-nothing I'm just still a little shaken up, that's all. Hey, Kenny! There was another person, kind of dressed like my guardian angel that tried to save me! Do you think I have two guardian angels?" Kenny smiles, sits on the bed next to her and pats her head, "Yep, and they'll always be watching over you." "You really think so?" Kenny laughs, melting my heart again, "Yeah! Don't you?" "Yes!" I smile and lean against the wall. When I look at Karen, it's hard to forget how the last person I was assigned to kill was her.

Kenny's POV

I'm just glad Karen is okay. If anything happened to her, I'd never forgive myself. My motive to protect her is the reason I became Mysterion. Her guardian angel. And now, (Name) has become her second guardian angel. "Alright, it's getting late. Try to go to sleep, okay?" I tuck Karen in and head to leave with (Name) but Karen grabs my parka sleeve, "Can you tell me a story?" I smile and sit on the bed, "Once upon a time, there was a kingdom ruled by King Kenny and Queen (Name). The King's little sister, Karen, was known as the most beautiful princess throughout the land. When Princess Karen went on her balcony, people would stand and stare, admiring her beauty. One day, a handsome prince from a faraway kingdom rode into town on his white horse. He saw the princess on her balcony amd immediately fell in love. The princess saw him also and fell in love. The prince walked into the castle and asked for her hand in marriage. The king accepted and the prince and princess got married. The end."

Your POV

I had never seen this side of Kenny. He cares so much about his sister. Kenny stood up and smiled at me. I blushed and walked out the door. Kenny turned off the light and shut the door. We walked downstairs and to the basement. I went into the bathroom and took off my bra, then came back out and got into bed. I looked at my clock. 3:39am. Kenny yawned and took off his parka, revealing a black t-shirt. He took off his orange pants and put on black shorts. He got into bed with me amd wrapped his arms around my waist from behind. "So . . . you um, ever think about us . . . you know?" He leans into my ear and whispers, "Sex?" I feel my entire body go red and I choke back, "M-m-maybe?" He laughs and presses his lips to mine. I hestitate but soon I realize that I can't resist. I kiss back and Kenny grabs my hand. I hold his hand back and when we run out of air, I rest my head on his chest and fall asleep.
