Chapter 2 My First Kill?!

Your POV

The "doctor" gave me a piece of paper that told me to meet them there at 2am at an abandoned warehouse. When I looked up, they were gone and it was 12:57am now. I hurried home and went to my room in the basement, filled with anime posters, a big tv, tons of old and new video game consoles, a king sized bed and much more. I realized I was going to need a costume. I thought about what would go with my name. Midnight. I decide on a black hoodie with my hood up, black goggles and a black handkerchief over my mouth. I looked at the time: 1:37am and it would take at least twenty minutes to get their on foot. So much for (Insert Activity Here) I began my walk and realized how much I despised this world and everyone in it (if this isn't you just roll with it) and how perfect I was for this "job". Soon I was here and it was 1:58am. I opened the door and was greeted by Shadow and Darkness. "You're early," Shadow stated. Darkness just leaned against the wall, sharpening an axe and I immediately thought of Ticci Toby. "That doesn't matter," Destruction said, "We have an assignment for you, Midnight." "Like what?" "We want to make sure your serious about this so, we want you to kill this person. Once you do, bring the head to the police to make yourself known. Then report back to us," he slipped me a picture of a person I immediately recognized as Pip Pirrup. (yes I know he was killed by robot just pretend that never happened) I had no attachment to this kid, barely knew him in fact, so I had no problem doing this however . . . "I don't have any killing skills." "Ah yes, about that. What is your preferred weapon?" I thought about it for a minute and then replied, "Throwing knives." "Then there you go," Shadow butted in, "Train yourself in fucking throwing knives, jeez." "Well yes, that is a way to put it." Destruction stated blandly, "Just go do this, the kid will not put up much of a fight, then train as much as you can." I nodded and Darkness tossed me a knife. "You'll do fine," she spoke gently. She wore a black hoodie and a mask that covered her face. "Thanks," I replied awkwardly and headed out the door, towards my first victims house, but was stopped by Destruction. "There are a group of people who are our nemesis named Coon and Friends and it consists of Tupperware, the Coon, Toolshed, the Human Kite, Mosquito, and Mysterion. Do not let them stop you." "Okay, got it."

TIME SKIP TO PIP'S HOUSE

I crawled through Pip's window and saw he was asleep and realized I needed a catchphrase. I thought of one and proceeded to what I was doing. I crawled on top of him and he woke up, "What's going on? Who are you?" I covered his mouth and murmured, "Darkness consumes the light and now, it will consume you!" I stabbed him in the heart and there you have it. I just killed a person. And it felt good. I grinned and began to sever his head. I took it and made my way to the police station. I climbed through the window and tossed the head on the floor. The officers gasped and took out their guns. "Who are you?" the chief demanded. "My name is Midnight. I work for Dr. Destruction and I am here to bring his cause to reality!" "Shoot her!!" I jumped from the window and landed on my feet and ran back to the warehouse. Mission Success!
