Chapter 30 Let's Begin

Kenny's POV
"Where's the rest of them?" Midnight asked. "It is like 1am or something like that. They had to go home," I laugh then become more serious. "Let's finish them," I walk towards them but Midnight pulls me back. "Not yet." I look at her confused and she tosses me a rope, leaving some for herself. Two convenient chairs sit close by and she nods to me. We walk towards them and they point their weapons at us, "Don't come any closer!" Darkness shouts. "We can still kill you!" Destruction panics. "You obviously know you CAN'T kill us." Midnight grins. Why the hell is she telling that? They won't believe her. They just . . . dropped their weapons, knealt down and clapped their hands together, begging for mercy. "Mercy! We are begging you!" I grabbed Destruction while she grabs Darkness. We tie them up and I look at her. What the hell is going on? I hear crying. It's very faint but it reminds me why I'm here. I look to her but she doesn't look at me, only says, "Go." I sprint and the distant crying becomes clearer. The cage comes into view and I try and fight back tears. But, despite my efforts they fall down my face. I stumble but maintain my balance and keep running until I'm finally there. I gasp, out if breath and the crying ceases. Her cage is cover by a cloth that I tear off. "Guardian angel! I knew it was you!" She exclaims and claps her hands. I wipe away my tears and bust the lock open with my knife. She bursts out and wraps her arms around me, "Thank you so much! I knew you'd save me, Guardian Angel!" "Come on, Karen," I whisper in my masked voice, "Let's get you home."

Your POV

Mysterion runs back over here with Karen in his arms and I call my personal driver. He comes and takes Karen back home. Mysterion sighs and leans against the wall. "Now," I grin, tossing my knife in the air, catching it. I shove it in their faces. "Shall we begin?"
