Aly's P.O.V:-

I felt my eyes flatter open to see Erin hovering over me, she looked worried i frowned a little adjusting my surroundings, i must of fallen asleep.

''Hey what time is it?'' i asked.

''Don't worry about the time, you need to the emergency room that's what you need'' Erin said.

I looked in confusion, i felt awful still but i know she wasn't going to let this go.

''Why?'' i asked.

''You have a bad temperature and your shaking a little you have a bad sickness bug Als'' she said.

''Als?'' i said in confusion.

''It's now your nickname, come on you need to sort yourself out for when Joe gets back so we can all take you to the emergency room'' Erin smiled weekly.

I sighed loudly before a very out of breath worried Joe hurried through,

I groaned as now he is here and not with his viewers.

''Joe i told you to stay there until you finish'' i said.

''I can't leave you here like this, come on ill carry you to an uber we need to get you to the hospital'' Joe said.

I groaned as my head was spinning.

''No'' i playfully pouted, which didn't end well because my throat hurt. 

''Please i am worried about you at least after we can come back and eat something or so something'' Joe explained.

i nodded, i yawned,

I noticed Joe was on twitter while i was slowly getting ready.

Joe's P.O.V:-

We got ready it was me and Erin helping Aly into an uber, Erin had to go to meet her friends but she was going to come by later and help some more.

''Thanks Erin you have been a big help'' I said.

She smiled, ''Aly is my friend i would do anything for her'' she smiled.

''Thanks again'' i smiled.

And then we set off, Aly leaned on my shoulder.

-IN HOSPITAL-

I carried Aly bridal style after paying the driver, and walked her in the hospital and placed her gently on a wheelchair and wheeled her though and wheeled her over to the waiting area, i signed her in.

Aly was leaning her head in her hands.

''What;s wrong babe?'' i asked.

''Head hurts, i am sorry for ruining your VidCon'' she stuttered.

''No don't be sorry you will be called in soon'' i smiled weekly,

She nodded, i decided to tweet something. 

Joe_Sugg: Sorry for leaving VidCon earlier i know i put a lot of you guys at disappointment, i am currently at A&E With Aly she is sick and she needs medical attention, best wishes to her please excuse me for a little while thank you x

I laid back then Aly was called we both went into the room and she was laid down,

''I heard that she was having some sick symptoms and she has been at a constant of throwing up and bad temperatures is that correct?'' The doctor asked, i nodded.

''Yes i had to bring her here she needs mediacal attention i am worried about her'' i said.

''Okay thank you we will look more into it, we will run some tests, is she alergic to anything?'' he asked,

''No she isnt'' i said.

''Are you boyfriend? brother?'' he asked.

''Kind of fiance, she has a promise ring'' i smiled.

''Good for you, anyways we will help her and again like i said we will run some tests but i need to know if she has eaten anything odd in the past few days if her appetite has changed?'' the doctor said.

''Well she was fine till 2 days ago we was chilling then she looked unwell then she suddenly went back to our hotel room and she didn't come back for a while and then i found her in a state'' i said.

''Are you on holiday then?''  he asked, i nodded.

''Kind off, mainly for work purposes'' i smiled.

''Okay'' he smiled.

-AFTER TESTS-

Aly's P.O.V:-

I woke up from seems like a long nap i was laid in a hospital bed, i wasn't hooked up to anything but i had plasters on my arm, i peeled on off and their was a mark, they have been testing me.

Joe came in with some hot drink in his hand and he came over placing a hand on my thigh,

''How you feeling?'' he asked.

''okay, what is hapepening?'' i asked,

''They ran some tests and they will be back soon to tell you the results'' he smiled.

''Okay'' i smiled,

There was an awkward silence before i broke it,

''Joe'' i said.

''Yes als'' he smiled.

''Really the nickname als?'' i asked.

''Sorry Erin was calling you that'' Joe laughed a little.

''Oh'' i paused, ''Where is she?'' i asked.

''She had to go, but what was you saying before i confronted you with a nickname!'' he smiled.

''Thanks for coming here and staying here with me'' i smiled.

He kissed the top of my head and smiled.

''Anything for my favourite girl'' he smiled.

''Your cute'' i smiled.

Then the doctor came in,

''Hello i am Dr Mills and i will be telling you about whats wrong'' she smiled.

My heart started to fasten, did i have something wrong? 

Joe tightened the grip on my thigh i slid my hand on top of his and he inter-winded our fingers.

''It is nothing bad you just have a bad case of a sickness and maybe a coming up flu illness, you will need lots of rest this is just happened because you may have not had good sleep or you have been travelling which of what i have read your on holiday right?'' He asked.

My heart slowed down to a normal paste. I only had a sickness bug.

''Yes thank you so much'' i said.

Joe smiled.

''Good to hear its nothing else'' Joe smiled, i nodded,

''okay well here is your medicine take this once everyday in the afternoon before you sleep and it will help your stomach settle'' He smiled.

Me and Joe asked a few questions then we thanked them then left to get back to the hotel
