Chapter 5: Worried Detective/Broken Cop

Rose's pov

I watched the figure take Chrys away. When Chrys kissed me it felt powerful. 'Of course it was! She gave her powers and me to you Ms. Rose!' Said a voice making me jump. The other two gave me a weird look. "Chrys gave me her powers...." I said trailing off.

The two stared wide-eyed at me. 'I told Chrys to kiss you. But sadly Chrys may suffer for not having the powers...anyway, that maniac won't be able to find the powers now. Oh! My apologies, I'm Crystal!' She said to me. 'Hello Crystal...I just want Chrys back....'

'I understand, you'll get her back soon. That maniac will realize and think she got the wrong person...' I nodded understanding her. I was just really worried of what will happen to Chrys.

Chrys's Pov

I was thrown to a wall hard. "You had the powers! Where did they go?!" The figure shouts at me. "I ain't....talking...." I said to her. She growled and I glared at her. She grabbed me by my neck and slammed me to the wall.

"The daughter of Blu, given the powers of the guardian, the powers disappeared, you mudblood! Where did they go?!" She shouted at me. I growled at her, "I'm...not...talking...you...maniac..." I said to her.

I felt something sharp in my side. I cried out in pain as she dropped me on the ground. "I have no use for you now. I'll have my fun with you" she said Smirking walking towards me again. My eyes widen slightly. I tried to back away but the pain in my side was unbearable.

She picked up a bat and walked towards me. She swung and whacked me in the chest. I yelped and fell back onto the ground. She grabbed me by my hair to yank me up. I yelped in pain, trying hard not to cry out. "Lets play mudblood" she said to me.

Rose's Pov 11pm:

I was in the kitchen unable to sleep. I wrote a note and left it on the counter in case the other two wake up and wonder where I went. I walked outside and to the cafe, the times changed so the cafe is open 24 hours. I walked in and sat down ordering a coffee.

"You look troubled" said a voice. I looked up and saw a girl that looked like Chrys but older and her hair was down to her mid back. I sighed and nodded. She sat down in the chair across from me saying, "So what's up?"

I looked at her, "my girlfriend was taken by some maniac...because she has powers that the maniac wanted...before she left she kissed me and gave me her powers....not I'm worried she's gonna be killed...."

The woman nodded understanding, "I see. I'm blu by the way" "Rose" I said, She stared at me. "Wait wait...Rose do you go by Romance detective?" She asked me. I nodded, "Why yes I do...why?" "Your my daughters girlfriend...her name is Chrys" she said to me but before I could say anything she continued, "That means....Ruth took her...oh no...."

"What?" I said obviously confused. "Okay listen, Ruth used to be a friend of mine but we spilt long ago because she grew insane...after I had Chrys, I knew she had the power inside of her....I moved from lovebloom to hide Chrys's powers from Ruth..." She said to me.

"O-oh" I said. She looked at me, "I'd never thought I'd meet you in this situation Rose," I nodded in agreement. "I must be going, I'll see you again soon," she said. We exchanged numbers on our phones so we can chat then we went our separate ways.

I got home, got rid of the note and headed to bed.

Chrys's Pov

All I felt was pain through my body. I felt the warmth of my blood coming out of my stab wounds. A hand grabbed me again and yanked me up. I weakly yelped at that. "Looks like my toy is all broken. Time to get rid of you" said the maniac. Next thing I knew I was outside in lovebloom park.

I whimpered in pain and tried to move but the pain was too much to handle. I heard footsteps walking by me and stopped. "I think I heard something sage" it was Narciso. "W-where did you hear it?" Asked sage. "Over here" said Narciso, walking closer to where I am and pushed the bushes aside seeing me.

"Oh dear! Sage come help me now" He said to sage, sage saw me then nodded and walked over to help Narciso "Oh officer, who did this to you?" He asked me. "I dont...know...her name..." I managed to say, he nodded understanding me well. The two got me out of the bushes carefully and they both went figure out how they'll carry me.

I whimpered in pain again, Narciso talked to me to keep me distracted from the pain. I looked at Narciso and said, "Let rose know Im..." I coughed up blood. Narciso understood what I meant and said, "I'll let your friends and girlfriend know where you are"

They took me away, everything went black.
