Chrys's Pov 12:30pm Cafe.
"Okay, so this maniac is still going to find you no matter what?" Asked leandre. Leandre and I were at the Cafe waiting for chief and Rose to arrive. "Yes, somehow he or she will....Sadly, I believe detective's fear might come to a reality...." I said sadly.
Leandre frowns and says, "I'll be honest with you. I don't want you taken away from us either....chief is feeling the same way...." I looked at Leandre after she spoke. "Your eyes are showing..." she said to me. I sighed, "what's the point? It's no use hiding these eyes..."
The was a loud explosion and a couple screams. Leandre and I got up and darted out to see what's going on. It was the roses but worse. Instead of making people fall in love and so bad things for it. They were monsters a tracking the citizens.
"We have to find our partners!" Leandre shouted to me over the screams. I nodded and followed leandre to where our partners might be. But when we arrived they weren't there.
"Detective!" I shouted over the noise. "Heather!" Called Leandre. We went to find them. We hear a scream close by to us. "Detective!" I shouted running in that direction, leandre not far behind me.
One of those monsters has rose in its grasp, Heather was on the ground injured. "Heather!" Leandre shouted running to Heather. "Leandre wait!" I shouted but it was too late to stop her.
The monster advances towards my two friends still having rose in its grasp. My anger started rising more and more. The monster threw rose at Leandre and Heather, sending them all to the ground.
I snapped and shouted, "you leave them alone!!!" I stomped my foot down and the earth cracked open sending vines at the monster taking it down. The other monsters came at me. Vines shot out of the ground again and took out the rest of them.
Soon sirens of ambulances are heard. Leandre got up and helped Heather and rose up. They start walking to me. Everything starting to fade to black for me. I stumbled slightly, leandre noticed what was going on and ran up to me as a fainted. The last thing I hear is, 'wake up Chrys!'
8pm Rose's Pov:
I was home with leandre and Heather waiting for Chrys to wake up. Heather had suffered a broken arm and a couple scratches. Leandre got a couple bruises and I had a bandage over my stomach from the monster gripping me to tight.
We heard a door open and shut. I looked over as Chrys walked out looking very tired. I stood and walked over to her. "You okay?" I asked her, she gave me a look and responded with, "I should be asking you guys that question...what happened after I blacked out?"
We spent a half hour explaining what happened after she fell asleep. Chyrs leaned against me tired still. "You should sleep Chrys, what you did earlier took alot of energy." Said Leandre to Chrys. Chrys shook her head no and snuggled closer to me.
I blushes a bit and put an arm around her. "Alright then. But chrys should you share what you told me earlier?" Leandre asked Chrys. Chrys shook her head no again and point to leandre. Leandre got the idea and told us. My eyes widen and my grip tightened around Chrys.
"Well we should be going it's late" said Heather. "No no, there's a guest room in the house. You can stay here tonight" I told them. "Well, alright if you insist." Said Heather. We talked some more, Chrys stayed quiet the whole time.
The lights suddenly went out and I was grabbed and pulled away from Chrys. Then the light snapped on. I felt something sharp on my neck. "You want her to live, then come with me Guardian" said a voice behind me.
Chrys's Pov
"You want her to live, then come with me Guardian" said a figure. She had Rose in a tight grip. 'Go with her....but before you go kiss rose....trust me....' I heard Crystal say. I trusted her and looked at the figure, "fine I'll go with you....but let me say goodbye..."
The figure let go of rose. I walked over to her and hugged her. "I'm sorry rose I had no choice..." I said, I heard her sniffle. I looked at her and she was trying hard not to cry. I grabbed her jacket collar and kisses her. I pulled away after a few seconds feeling drained suddenly.
"Goodbye..." I said sadly. I turned and walked over to the figure. The figure smirked and everything went black.
