I missed the bus this morning... So I'm walking to school.

I barely got any sleep last night. I kept thinking about being paired up with Jayden for the rest of the year... This is my senior year. How am I supposed to enjoy it if I have to put up with Jayden's annoying ass every single day? Just thinking of all the future headaches and arguments stressed me out...

"Boo!!"

"Shit!" I yelled and dropped my phone on the concrete ground.

I turned around to see a laughing Jayden.

"You're so childish. You made me drop my phone," I said as I picked it up off the ground. "Please don't be broken..." I prayed.

"If it is you can just get a new one. It's not the end of the world," he folded his arms across his chest and smirked.

I hate his stupid face...

"No, actually, I can't. Phones don't just fall into people's lap," I rolled my eyes while examining my phone.

The screen is scratched but not shattered, which is great... A scratch is better than a broken or shattered screen.

"They fall into my lap," he shrugged one shoulder.

"Yeah, it takes a real hard ass to ask daddy," I rolled my eyes.

"Has anyone ever told you how unladylike it is to curse so much?"

"Has anyone ever told you that I don't give a fuck?" I asked. "Oh yeah, I have..."

"It's just unattractive... Makes you look trashy," he scrunched up his face as if he smelled something bad.

"Trashy, like all girls you have sex with? Who's really the unattractive one here? Being a hoe is not cute..."

"I'm not a hoe, I'm just loveable and I'm a guy... Football and getting pussy is my thing. That's what guys do. Just ask your boyfriend. Oh, and you shouldn't slut shame." He smirked, seemingly proud of himself.

Is he implying that my boyfriend cheats on me? I decided a while ago not to ever take anything Jayden says seriously so I ignored that comment.

I sighed in annoyance, "Why are you here? You're supposed to be on the bus..."

"So are you," he so cleverly pointed out.

'"I missed the bus," I started to walk again at a decent pace. I wasn't exactly in a rush to get to school today.

"So did I," he nodded.

"I expected you to have a new car by now."

"I don't mind walking. It's good for the soul," he shrugged.

I gave him a weird look that he didn't seem to notice. What he said sounded too normal and Jayden is far from normal. I didn't say anything though and neither did he. We just walked in silence.

When I got to school, Principal Jackson wanted to speak to me. She basically confirmed everything that Jayden said last night. And also gave me a week of detention for leaving school yesterday. I was more upset about being paired with Jayden than I was about getting detention.

"Hey babe," my boyfriend, Ryan greeted me with a hugged and kiss.

"Hey," I half-smiled.

"What's wrong?"
