After seeing Ariana I feel a connection to her like something good is going to happen to us. I have no idea what it was and I was dying because I like to know everything! At dinner I eat at my regular spot next to all my half-brothers and sisters at the Athena table. I see Chiron, our centaur camp director, talking to her. I see him show her to the Hermes table. Boy do I feel bad for her!
"I would like to have all your attentions," Chiron says, "we have a new addition to Camp Half-Blood. Ariana Paige! I would like everyone to make her feel welcome! Which means no dumping her head in the toilet,"
He says, looking at Clarisse, "Ariana, you can sit down at the Hermes table and everyone come give your offerings." He says turning to the fire. All of a sudden everyone turns and gasps at Ariana, even i didn't expect it. But she is glowing and there is a symbol over her head that I can't make out. Chiron was confused and tries, but fails to look at his horse butt.
"Did someone put another kick me sign on me?" Then he fully turns around and sees Ariana, and gasps as well.
"All hail, daughter of Athena!"

A daughter of Athena? I think. That means she is my sister!
"Hey, Ariana! Come over here. This is the Athena table!"
"Awesome! I don't have to stay with those guys. They were stealing my food and giving me weird messages on napkins!"
"Ha ha! That happened with me too! Welcome to the Athena cabin! Well the table anyway."
She must be confused that we are getting up with our food because she asks, "Am I really that bad? That you are already leaving me? Or is dinner over already?"
"Ha ha! Your funny, we are giving offerings to our mom or dads. We are giving offerings to Athena. Watch me. Oh Great And Mighty Athena, accept my offering!" Then I get rid of my mashed potatoes. "Now you do it."
"Oh great and mighty Mom accept my veggies!"
"No, no, no it's oh great and mighty ATHENA accept my OFFERING."
"Oh, okay. Oh great and mighty Athena, accept my offering!" Then Ariana dumps her vegetables in the fire and watches the smoke go up with intense amusement.
I have a feeling she is going to be very entertaining to me and the cabin. Maybe even the camp!
