I got a text from Cadenza right before we were going or leave.

Cadenza- Sorry, you gotta tell Lilac she can't come, it's and adult thing. :(

I sighed and walked over to Lilac who was putting her shoes on. "Sorry sweetie, you can't go."

"But why not?" She frowned.

"Aunt Cadenza texted me and told me that it was going to be adults only."

"Then what are we going to do with her?" Laurance asked while walking down the stairs.

"We could see if Aphmau can take her."

"Okay. That sounds good."

"I'll bring her over. C'mon Lilac!"

"Okay!" She grabbed my hand and we walked across the street to Aph's. I knocked on the door and Aaron answered.

"Hey (Y/N), Lilac. What are you two doing here?"

"Aaron I'm about to ask you for a huge favor."

"Okay?" He said looking confused.

"Can you watch Lilac for like two, three hours?"

"Um, why?"

"Well my parents decided it was a good idea to have family bowling night, but no kids, which we were told, last second of course," I sighed.

"Uh, let me ask Aph real quick." He said and ran upstairs.

"Mommy, who's that?" She asked.

"That' Auntie Aphmau's boyfriend. His name is Aaron."

"Oh, okay!" She nodded. Aphmau came running down the stairs and picked up Lilac. "Auntie Aphmau!"

"I'm guessing that's a yes?" Aaron nodded and I smiled. "Thank you so much, I could never repay you."

"You already did!" Aphmau smiled.

"What?"

"You've done so much for the both of us, this feels like too little in return. Go have fun!"

"Thank you." I smiled as they closed the door. I ran back across the street and got in the car where Laurance was waiting. "Did you get the muffins?"

"In the back." He smiled.

"Good!" He pulled me into a quick kiss and started the car.

When we got to the bowling place everyone was already there. Laurance took a basket to his parents, and I brought one to mine. "What's this?" My dad asked.

"Lilac wanted to make you guys some muffins."

"She made these all by herself?" My mom asked.

"With a little help in the oven." I nodded. My mom pulled me into a hug.

"I'm so proud of you for starting her off early!" She smiled brightly.

"Well I could just not teach her everything you thought me." I smiled.

"Well who's ready to start bowling!?" My dad said standing up to get everyone's attention.

Everyone responded with either nodding or a sure. We got into groups of two since their was so many of us. The groups were- My parents, Laurance's parents, Laurance and I, Garroth and Cadenza, Vylad and Fallen and Zane, who wanted to play by himself instead of a group of three.

Obviously.

Laurance and I were up first. Laurance went to grab the ball, but I stopped him and picked one up that felt about right. "Do you even know how to bowl?" He asked.

"Do you even know how to impress a girl?" I asked.

"Obviously... I married you."

"My standards must have been pretty low," I teased. He rolled his eyes and I took my turn getting an strike. I looked back to see Laurance's mouth hanging open. I smirked and walked over to him and shut his jaw. "Be careful. You're gonna catch flies leaving you mouth open like that," I smiled kissing him on the cheek.

I sat down across from Zane. "A little rusty there (Y/N)?"

"What are you talking about?" I rolled my eyes.

"You almost didn't get a strike."

"Well I haven't been bowling since every moved in on MyStreet." I sighed. Laurance walked over and sat down next to me, wrapping an arm around my waist.

"Are you any good a bowling Laurance?" Zane asked.

"Sure." He nodded, "I'm like the average bowler-"

"So you can't bowl?" Zane laughed. I sighed, covering my mouth to his my smile. Laurance growled under his breath and his grip on my tightened. "Well I'm going to go get a drink. Want anything?"

"Water please?" I asked.

"No rootbeer?" Zane asked.

"She'll have a rootbeer too." Laurance decided for me. I rolled my eyes as Zane walked off.

"You know I can decided for myself right?"

"You deserve it after how hard you work."

"But I don't-" he cut me off by kissing me, which I couldn't help, but to kiss back. I broke the kiss and glared at him. "I hate you."

"No, you love me," he grinned.

"I hate you-"

"Just admit it."

"...Stop." I groaned. He laughed and kissed my cheek. Zane came back with three rootbeers and a water. I went to grab the water, but Laurance put a rootbeer in my hand. "Really?"

"C'mon, just one okay?"

"Ug, fine." I took a swig of the drink and immediately felt hazy. I shook my head. "Give me the water now."

"Nope," he replied, pushing the water farther away from my reach.

"How much do you want me to drink?"

"The whole thing."

"And what does that accomplish?" I asked, trying to keep my focus.

"Nothing, it'll just make me feel better." I rolled my eyes and took another drink and everything started to sway a bit. "Zane... what is this? It's really strong!"

"Uh..." he mumbled, moving his aside. I stood up with my knees shaking a bit. "I don't know." I felt a sharp pain in my head and walked towards the bathroom.

By the time that I got through the door I felt like I was dying, and believe me I know what that feels like. I turned on the sink and splashed cold water onto my face and looked in the mirror.

I still couldn't see straight and my knees felt like they were going to give out. I splashed some more water onto my face, trying to wake myself up from this polluted nightmare.

I heard a knock on the door, but it fell like someone had just used a jackhammer on my ear. I let put a blissful groan. "(Y/N)! Are you okay!?"
