I heard the door burst open as I felt my knees collapse, but two arms caught me. I looked up and managed to shake the blurry vision to see Laurance with a worried face. "Uh... Laurance? What are you doing in the girls room?"

"Uh... are you okay?" He asked, helping me walk back to everyone.

"Yeah I think someone laced my drink though."

"Geez I'm sorry."

"It's okay," I smiled. I sat back down and Zane looked at me worried.

"Are you okay!?" He asked, reaching across the table to feel my forehead. I swatted him away and growled. I grabbed the water and began to drink it down. I felt much better, the water cleared up my head. I watched Laurance finish his rootbeer and I shook my head.

"You better not get drunk," I said glaring at him.

"I won't I promise!" He laughed and got up and started talking to Garroth.

"Do you think he's going to get drunk?" I asked Zane. He rolled his eye like it was obvious.

"Of course he's going to get drunk. What else would he be talking to Garroth for?"

"Fair point," I sighed.

A few hours later Garroth and Laurance were literally like at their ends. I was kind of nervous to see which kind of drunk Laurance would be. I called Aphmau and asked her to keep Lilac at her house in case things went south.

Laurance had passed out in the back seat of the car on the way home so that was a good sign. By the time we got home he was waking up and I had to help his inside and to our bedroom. I closed the bedroom door and went to the dresser to grab something to change into.

I felt two arms wrap around my waist and I groaned and squeezed my eyes shut. This is the worst. I felt him press his lips to the back of my neck. My first thought was to moan, but I held that back. He was drunk right now, so he wouldn't know what he's doing.

I pushed him off of me. "Laurance."

"Yes baby~?"

"Stop-"

"Stop what?" His words were even slurred together. I sighed and grabbed some clothes and locked him in our bedroom and changed in Lilac's bathroom and walked downstairs to the couch and watched (Anime) until I fell asleep.

The next morning I heard a thud upstairs. I jumped to my feet and ran upstairs and saw Laurance lying on the floor groaning. "Laurance!" I ran over to him and helped him to his feet.

"Ug... I have a massive headache," he groaned.

"You also are in big trouble!" I snapped. He looked up at me.

"Really? What did I do?"

"You tried to... you know. You were drunk and uh... yeah." My face was turning red as he realized what he had done.

"Oh my Irene."

"Yeah." I nodded.

"I'm sorry babe!" He mumbled, then he broke apart from me and ran into the bathroom. I sighed and walked to the doorway and shook my head.

"This feels so familiar," I pressed my lips together. When he was finished losing his drink I helped him downstairs and onto the couch. "Do you want some water?" I asked.

"Yeah, sure," he nodded. I walked into the kitchen and got him some water and walked back and handed him the glass. When he was drinking I felt a weird surge and the glass broke. I flew backward into the wall and shook my head and managed to get to my feet.

Laurance was brushing glass off of himself. "What was that?" he asked.

"I... I don't know," I looked at my hands as they shook violently. I clasped them together and let out the breath I was holding. Then knelt on the floor and took deep breaths. I felt another surge and I felt the ground rumble.

"(Y/N) stop!" Laurance yelled.

"I... I can't... I don't know what I'm doing!" I yelled in response.

"Well figure it out!" He yelled. I heard more glass shatter and something snap. "(Y/N)!"

"I... urg!" I screamed. I felt two hand hold the side of my head and lift my head up and then their lips press against mine. My eyes widened and I saw it was Laurance. I felt the ground stop shaking and he pulled away.

"What was that!?" He asked.

"I don't know... but I think it means something bad is going to happen... very bad."

"What makes you say that?" He asked.

"I don't know, but call Vylad. I'm gonna go get Lilac!" I said standing up. Laurance grabbed my wrist.

"Why Vylad?"

"Ask him if he can bring Fallen over." I said and ran out the front door. I ran across the street and knocked on the door furiously. When Aphmau opened the door I almost pounded her in the face.

"(Y/N)!" She smiled. "Was everything okay last night?"

"Yeah fine, where's Lilac?"

"She's upstairs in the guest room."

"Get her please and feel her it's time to go right now please."

"Oh okay." She nodded and jogged upstairs and a minute later Lilac ran down the steps.

"Mommy!"

"Okay sweetie you remember Fallen right?"

"Uncle Vylad's girlfriend?"

"Yes good, you're going to go stay with her for a while okay?"

"Why?"

"Because it's mommy's job to keep you safe and that's the only way I can think of getting you to safety. Daddy's coming with you."

"Where are you going to be?"

"I'm going to be having a long talk with a friend of mine. Okay?" She nodded and we ran back across the street. Laurance was just hanging up as we made our way inside.

"They'll be here in a minute." He said.

"Okay, Laurance go pack a bag, I'm going to help Lilac."

We ran upstairs and packed a bag each, except me. Fallen ran inside wielding a Katana. "What is that for!?" I asked.

"Protection. My family are trained hunters," she replied and grabbed Lilac's hand with her free hand.

"Aren't you coming?" Laurance asked.

"I have some unfinished business to deal with," I growled.

"..."

"It's okay." I kissed him and stepped back. "This time he's going to be playing my game. Fallen. Take good care of them."

"I will (Y/N)." She nodded and they walked outside of the house. When they were sure to be gone I placed my hand on the floor and teleported myself to my old high school, Phoenix Drop High.

"Valkrum you gonna come out and fight me now!?"
