Chapter six: The sleepover part 1

  "Hey! Hey Lazuli!" Came a voice all the way across the hall. Lapis groaned and turned away from her locker to see a certain nerd walking towards her while waving.
  "Yes Peridot?" Lapis said with an annoyed look on her face.
  "I was wondering if maybe you would like to hang out this weekend, my mom will be gone on a business trip and I'll be alone the whole time."
  "Why can't you ask Amythst or something?" Lapis said with a typical teenage attitude.
  "Well the thing is, I already hang with her all the time... and since we're friends now, I wanted to hang out with you!" Peridot said with a smile.
  Lapis thought for a moment. Should I go hang out with the nerd? Lapis looked at Peridot for a second to see those puppy dog eyes. Damn it! Why is it that every time she does that I melt???
  "Fine. But I swear if you get super-" Lapis was cut off by a happy squeal.
  "YAY! OK SEE YOU THIS WEEKEND!" Peridot shouted a little to loud. Some of the students turned to stare, and a couple laughed. "Sorry..." Peridot mumbled.

*Time skip! (Cuz I'm lazy and don't wanna write about anything but the weekend lol)

It was FINALLY Friday! Lapis and Peridot could have their sleepover! When Peridot's last class of the day finished, she ran to where Lapis' last class was, and waited until the blue haired girl exited. When Peridot finally saw her she started waving and said, "Hey over here Lazuli!" Lapis walked over and started to walk towards the exit.

*Another Time skip!

When the two girls got to Peridot's house, Peridot smiled and said,"We're here!" She then opened the door, and bowed like a gentleman, "Mi lady." She said with a goofy grin. Lapis couldn't help but laugh a little.
  They got to Peridot's room and ploped their things on the floor. Peridot sar on her bed and thought about what they could do together. Oh! Maybe she's seen camp pinning hearts! Peridot smiled and asked, "Hey, you ever heard of a show called Camp Pinning Hearts?"
  Lapis looked up from her stuff and said, "I mean I've heard of it, but I've never really watched it..."
  Peridot squealed and asked if Lapis would like to watch a few episodes with her. Lapis shrugged and said, "Why not?" Peridot turned on the TV in her room and put in a disc into her DVD player. Cheesy romantic music started to play and the girls both sat on the bed now, watching intently as the show started to get interesting.
  In the middle of the episode, Peridot got up and asked, "Hey you want anything to eat or drink?" Lapis shook her head, she was really into this show now, even though she just started watching. Peridot walked out of her room to the kitchen and grabbed a bag of Doritos and some Mountain Dew and headed back to her room. She sat down beside Lapis and asked if she had missed anything, Lapis shook her head. And they sat in silence, watching the show intently until after the fourth episode, when Peridot looked over at Lapis. Peridot had never really noticed until now that Lapis was actually a beautiful girl. Her deep blue eyes were the best part, Peridot felt as thought she could look into them all day. And she did until Lapis turned her head towards Peridot with a confused look on her face.
"Why are you staring at me like that?" She asked.
Peridot blushed. "Oh...um, didn't  realise I was heh..." she said scratching the back of her head.
They kept watching the show for a couple of hours, when Lapis looked at her phone and saw that it was already one in the morning. Jesus! How long have been watching this show? Well I guess it's been a while since we're on season two already...
Lapis turned to Peridot and was about to say something when she saw Peridot was already asleep. Lapis blushed a little, and wraped her arm around Peri. What's the harm if she's not awake to know? She thought.
After a while of laying like this with Peridot, Lapis drifted off to sleep as well, and she had wonderful dreams of her and Peridot having fun.
