They'll say they'll do it
But they won'tThey wish you the very best
Until they don'tThey think you are less and never enough
They use you like a half empty cupThey bite the bullet
And always forget to refill
While you reflect in all the reasons to seek something realYou'll hope they'll come through
But they'll forgetAnd you'll feel yourself stuck again
Like a mental and physical testTell the tale about the friend who left you wondering
If you were important to them or notTell the tale about the nights in endless thought
Will they believe you this once...?
Or will they leave you to rot?And ask me again
When all seems okay again
Tell me the tales
about your fairytale friend
