Why do we feel the need to apologize to those who will never apologize to us? Even when they are wrong. We feel bad because we love too hard. But we tell them they are right when they are not because it's better than losing them to their ego. It's better than letting them go to forever without us. Forever without being by your loved ones side feels like you lost something you thought you could live without, only to keep missing that part of you that didn't love you enough to stay.
