Flippy has been basically glued to Nutty's side ever since they got together. Or more like Flippy has Nutty forceablely glued to his own side. He's been doing a very outstanding job of keeping "threats" away from Nutty. Of course Nutty did not say a word about although he was aware of what of how possessive he was being.

As Flippy walked Nutty to his next class, he glared at a few people that even glanced for a second in his direction. He had his arm over Nutty and held him closely. "Um.. Flippy?" Nutty spoke deciding to finally say something about how Flippy was acting. Flippy looked at him. His expression immediately changing from frowning to pure happiness. "Hm? What is it?" Nutty looked away. "You know.. You don't have to frown so much at everyone.." Flippy looked confused. When Nutty saw this, he continued. "Well, a lot of people who I usually talk to or hang around so much are avoiding me and some people are looking at me a bit.. strange." He scratched the back of his head hoping Flippy would get his hint.

Flippy looked even more confused. "Why is that?" He didn't get it like he had hoped. "Well-" Nutty began but was interrupted. "Are they bothering you?" Nutty quickly shook his head. "No, no! It's just.. it makes me feel kinda.. bad, ya know? It feels like not many people want to talk to me anymore.." They were silent for a moment before Flippy started chuckling and they stopped walking for a moment.

"Why would that be bothering you? As long as you have me you shouldn't need anyone else, right?" He smiled widely at Nutty. Nutty paused before saying while looking down, "Y-yeah, of course.." Flippy could see Nutty pouting as he agreed with him. It honestly annoyed him, but at the same time made him upset and feel guilty. He sighed. "What do you want me to do?" Nutty looked at him and said carefully, "I think your intimidating a lot of our friends and the other students. I think it's best if you stop frowning at everyone and give me a bit more.. space?" Nutty said in more of a question than telling Flippy. Although he seemed even more annoyed and now irritated, he nodded in agreement. He honestly didn't want to but he wanted Nutty to remain happy to he agreed. Nutty smiled and hugged him thanking him.

As Nutty wanted, Flippy gave him space, but he highly regretted doing so. All Nutty needed was him. Why couldn't he see that? Flippy was walking alone down the hall to his next class this time. "How can I make him see that?" Flippy questioned himself. After a while of thinking, a large grin appeared upon his face. He had an idea. He decided to quickly put his plan into action.

A couple of days later, Nutty was home watching tv and eating candy when he heard his phone go off. He reached over to the table and picked it up answering with a "hey" in his usual enthusiastic voice. "Hey Nutty..." A voice mumbled on the phone. "Ah, Sniffles! I haven't heard from you in a while! How's it-" "Nutty.." He was stopped in mid sentence. "I don't think we should speak anymore." Nutty paused and looked confused. This was coming out of no where. They haven't seen each other in a while and now he suddenly calls saying he doesn't want to speak with him ever again? "What? Why? Did I do something?" He heard him sigh on the phone. "Nutty I need friends who are... more on my level of intellect. You are... not even close. Your strange in many ways and your heterochromia freaks me out.. I just can't be around you anymore.. I'm sorry." With that, Sniffles hung up. Nutty sat there with the phone still up to his ear. He was in shock. Did Sniffles really just say that? And then hung up without a goodbye or anything.. Nutty lowered the phone. He sighed and sat back on the couch. Well, its his choice. He just has to accept it..

Later on that day, there was a knock at his door. Nutty made his way over to it. Opening it, he saw it was none other than Splendid. He smiled at Nutty and greeted him. Nutty smiled back and invited him inside.

"So, what are you doing here?" Nutty asked him shutting the door behind him. Although he was aware how Flippy felt about Splendid and now Splendid felt about him, he still considered Splendid a close friend of his. "Just came to see ya." He made his way over to the sofa and plopped down. "I see.." Nutty responded and Splendid sighed and scratched the back of his head. "Actually, I'm a bit stressed." Nutty took a seat beside him. "Why?" Splendid looked at him. He was quiet for a moment as if thinking. He slouched and said,"My papers for school is invalid somehow. Something went wrong."
"What papers?" Nutty asked. "The papers I turned in to be an official student at this school." Splendid frowned. "If I don't get this sorted out then I'll have to go back to my old school and that means moving again." Nutty looked down. "Oh." So, Sniffles doesn't want to see him anymore and Splendid may be leaving too. Nutty couldn't help be saddened by this.

Splendid could see the disappointment on Nutty's face. He reached over and hugged the candy lover. "Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere.." He reassured him.

As soon as the day for school came, Nutty went to looked for Splendid. He wanted to make sure he was still at the school. He searched his classes but no luck. He could not find him anywhere. Nutty spotted Giggles and Flaky in the main hall talking and laughing with each other. He ran up to them. "Hey guys!" He smiled at them. The two looked at him and then looked around in a bit of an awkward manner. "Oh.. hey.." Giggles mumbled and Flaky stayed quiet. "Have you two seen Splendid?" They shook their heads no. "He doesn't go to this school anymore. I remember he told me that last night when I ran into him while walking home." Giggle said recalling the moment. Nutty pouted. "Oh.." "And no goodbye?" Giggles and Flaky began walking away. Nutty looked at them and touched Giggles's shoulder. "Hey, where are you going?" They stopped and looked at him. "Nutty.. your sweet and all but.. we think your a bit too.. enthusiastic about things. It's become a bit annoying. I think it's best if we just.. leave each other alone." After saying that sentence, the two walked away holding hands. Nutty's eyes widened. What was going on? Is everyone leaving him now?

In class, no one spoke to him or bothered looking at him. When it came down to partnering up in a few classes, no one wanted to be his partner. In the halls, he could tell he was being avoided. At lunch, he sat alone. No one wanted to be around him.

After school Nutty had texted Flippy to come over to his house. About an hour after he made it home himself, there was a knock at his door. Nutty quickly came to and opened the door. He did not hesitate to hug his boyfriend who was standing there smiling at him. "Hey to you too. Did you miss me?" Nutty rapidly nodded. "You were right.." Flippy hear him sniff. He held Nutty and walked inside shutting the door. He let him go and backed away enough to see the tears in Nutty's eyes. "What's the matter?" He wiped away most of his tears. "Everyone is leaving me.." Flippy looked confused. "What do you mean?" He sighed. "Everyone is avoiding me and all my friends have left me." Flippy embraced Nutty into another hug. "It's ok.. I'm here for you." He mumbled.

"You were right.."

"All I need is you.."
