"Where are we?" Nutty looked around. He asked even though he already knew exactly where they were. Flippy smiled. "Come on, you can't tell me you don't really know.." The two boys stood in front of a colorful store that looked a bit small. Outside was a sign that read "Grand Opening" in big bold letters. Nutty looked through the shop window to see what was inside. "It's a candy shop!" Nutty said, not being able to hold the excitement in his voice. Flippy nodded and smiled.

Nutty and Flippy walked inside the store. "Hello there gentlemen!" A lady about 40 years old greeted them from across the room. "Welcome! Please help yourself to anything that catches your eye!" The woman seemed to be as enthusiastic as a teenage girl. Flippy nodded and looked to Nutty. He was already looking around.

When Flippy walked up to Nutty, Nutty faced him with a huge smile. It seemed as though he forgot all about his fear of Flippy at the moment. "How did you find out about this place?! It even has candy from different countries!" Flippy was happy Nutty was talking to him normally and acting normally. He shrugged. "I pass by the place almost everyday on my way to school. Since you love candy so much, I thought I'd go ahead and take you here." Nutty's smile grew bigger, if possible. "Thank you! Thank you! This is awesome!" Nutty continued looking through the store. The woman who was placing more candy on shelves glanced at Nutty and smiled. "By the way I'm paying, so get whatever you want." Flippy told Nutty which made him even happier.

The woman walked up the Flippy as he watched and smiled at Nutty from across the room. "Excuse me." She smiled softly as she walked up and gently tapped the green haired male. Flippy turned to her. "Oh'm, yes?" The woman tilted her head at Nutty. "So, is that your lover a something?" Flippy's eyes widened. The woman chuckled. "Sorry if I'm being rude asking, but I couldn't help it. I'm 44 years old, I know the signs. Even the basic ones." Flippy smiled awkwardly and scratched his head. "Well,... we aren't really lovers.." The woman nodded. "Oh, one-sided?" The woman asked. Flippy shook his head. "I don't really know." The candy lady nodded while tapping her chin. "I see. I see." She suddenly smiled brightly. "Come with me sir. I have something to show you." She waved him over and Flippy followed her in confusion.

"Thank you for coming!" The woman waved goodbye to the two green males. They waved back at her.

After the day was over, Flippy walked with Nutty home.

"Kasugai Gummies!" Nutty shouted out grabbing the bag of candy from Flippy. "I haven't had these in forever!" Flippy grinned. The woman showed him some candies in the back that she thought Nutty may love. He chose the most familiar one. "I know, that's why I got them for you." Flippy smirked and Nutty smiled shyly. "Yea, you bought these last time for me." The two were silent for a while. "Well.." Nutty scratched his head.
Flippy was surprised when Nutty wrapped his arms around him. "Thank you."
