Hailey's POV

"Why don't we play truth or dare while we wait for the fireworks?" Blake says.

"Sure." We all say.

"Who's first?" I ask them. They all turn their heads toward Riley.

"FINE," I can tell she doesn't want to but who cares. "Um, Blake. Truth or dare?"

"Dare." Blake says.

"I dare you to walk up to a stranger and say 'Hi! I'm Greg.'" Blake gets up and does the dare.

"Ok. Um, Brax. Truth or dare?" Blake asks.

"Truth."

"When was your first kiss?" Blake asks.

"6th grade. Ok um, Hailey. Truth or dare?" Brax asks me.

"Dare."

"Ok um," He smirks at me. "I dare you to kiss Blake." My eyes widen at him.

"Have you ever had your first kiss yet anyway?" I shake my head.

"Oh then, do you wanna wait?" I nod my head.

"Just give me another dare."

"Ok. I dare you to run and jump on a person's back yelling 'I want a piggyback ride!'"

"Ok. That's easy." I get up and look for someone and do the dare.

"That was so fun!" I say. They all laugh.

*20 minutes later*

"Guys the fireworks are starting!" Riley says.

We all start watching the fireworks as I feel something grab my hand. I look down and see Blake's hand in mine. I laid my head on his shoulder. Once the firework show was done, we were packing up.

Blake's POV

"We'll meet you guys at the car. I have to talk to Hailey." Hailey looks at me weirdly and they all nod.

"You know how you said you didn't have your first kiss yet?," She nods. "I was wondering if I could be your first kiss..." I say nervously. She nods slowly and I lean in. I kiss her lips softly and it takes a little for her to adjust but she kisses back like 5 seconds later. I break the kiss and smile at her.

"The was the best first kiss ever." I laugh and hug her.

"Come on. We don't want them to be suspicious." I say. She laughs and grabs my hand and we walk to the car.

"Dang girl! Why are you so happy?" Riley asks her. Hailey looks like she's in a dream state. When I kissed her, it felt amazing and luke we were the only people there. It seems like that kiss made Hailey delusional. I chuckle.

"What was that chuckle for?" Hailey asks while we get in the car.

"Nothing. I just get to do this again." I peck her lips. She smiles.

"No! We have school tomorrow!" Hailey says. We all groan. Hailey soon falls asleep in my arms.

"Is she sleeping?" Riley whispers.

"Yea. She looks so cute when she's asleep." I whisper. Riley laughs softly.

We get home and I set Hailey down on her bed since she fell asleep on the way here. Neveah is sleeping over here tonight. I don't know if Hailey will feel comfortable sleeping with me. So, I go and sleep on the couch in the living room.

*3 hours later*

I wake up to the sound of coughing and sneezing coming from the kitchen. I get up and walk over to kitchen. I walk in and see Hailey there. She looks horrible. She turns around and jumps when she sees me.

"I thought you left?" I shake my head.

"Are you ok? You look horrible and pale." I say.

"I'm ok. I should be fine in the morning."

"Ok baby girl. I'll see you in the morning." I kiss her forehead and it seems to be really warm like she has a fever. I shrug it off and go back to the couch.

"You can come lay in my room if you want." Hailey says.

"You sure? I don't want you to feel uncomfortable." She nods and we go up to her room, lay down, and fall asleep in each others arms. This is the best. Day. Ever.
