So, I just want to warn you guys that the beginning of this book will probably be terrible because I didn't have enough experience, but I promise you the second book will be better:)

"Please, Caitlyn it's only for one night," my mom continued to plead.

"Mom I don't even know who's going to be there," I pray she'll let me stay home.

"Just this one night. I won't bother you. I'll be with my friends and you can be on your phone the whole time," she says, knowing I'm always on my phone.

I finally agree, only to the fact that I can stick with my phone and I know she hates it when I'm constantly on my it.

I get ready and I actually take time to pick my outfit. I don't want to go to this party but I do want to look good if there's going to be people there. I'm sitting there in front of my dresser just staring at my clothes, waiting until my eyes make up my mind. Done.

I get dressed and go downstairs and see my mom wearing a nice, simple dress.

"Nice mom," I compliment

"Don't mind me it's just for one night," she replies.

My Mom and I are the only girls in the family. I have two other brothers. 1 in 5th grade named Matt, and the other 3 years older in 11th grade, named Jake. I'm smack in the middle. My dad's usually at work most of the time. We're actually a pretty close family.

Speaking of my family, "Hey how come Jake and Matt don't have to go!" I yell from upstairs to my Mom who's downstairs.

"They're both at their friends' house!" she shouts back.

Of course. They're always at their friends' houses. I roll my eyes and put on just mascara. I guess the sound of "party" actually made me pretty excited. I'm the type that's always in my room on social media but I like parties every now and then.

I curled my hair making my outfit even more complete. I was wearing a tight dress and my natural long hair was too messy at the moment to keep it the way it was.

My dress was tight over my body and was plain white with a thin, sparkly gray strip right under my breasts. I smiled. I kinda liked getting dressed up once in a while. Seeing myself totally different from what I usually wear.

I grabbed a matching purse with a pair of short heals and high fived my Mom on the way out knowing we were complimenting each other.

It was a 7 minute drive and the house was huge. It looked like a big party. I got butterflies in my stomach. I guess I was excited but scared. I've never been to a party like this before. I don't know why I agreed to this. I bet I don't know anyone here.

I stepped out of the car and took a deep breath and shivered. It was cold. I linked arms with my Mom which was a habit of mine every time I would walk next to someone, but I of course knew how to control it.

We got to the front steps and my Mom rubbed my back and she looked pretty excited to see her old friends. I just looked straight at the door waiting to see who's party it was. The door was opened by a woman I've never seen in my whole life, but she looked pretty familiar. I ignored it and gave her a friendly smiled and said hi and my Mom introduced me to her.

I walked into the hallway filled with fancy looking people after my Mom left me screaming and jumping with her old friends. I got to a living room and plotted myslef down on the nearest couch. I still didn't know who owned the place, but it was super nice. I took a deep breath and took out my phone and started texting some of my friends.

I saw a couple of people I would see at school, none I talk to so I would try not making eye contact.

I got on instagram and scrolled through through the feed. I saw Hayes Grier post a picture of himself with the caption, "Parttyyy." Yes I was a fan of his. Maybe a major fan. I smiled at the picture. I may be obsessed. I even planned out what I was going to do when I meet him. But I'd only be dreaming.

I was on my phone for about 20 minutes and I locked it, putting it back in my purse and got up to go to the bathroom. I don't even know where it is. I don't even know who to ask because I don't know who's house this is. I walk around hoping there's a bathroom near. I walked in a couple of rooms but none of them were bathrooms. There was a room with the door open about an inch so I checked to see if it had a toilet.
