josh stayed over at tyler's house that night. they talked, watched movies, painted each other's nails and did heaps of stuff. this is when tyler realised how much he was in love with joshua william dun.

and by in love, i mean in love.

tyler was in awe at everything josh would do. whether it was playing drums or just simply sitting there, tyler would love it. and josh loved tyler too.

tyler still hadn't told his parents yet. he was worried that they would hurt him, and he didn't want that. he loved his parents more than anything (except josh duh) and couldn't stand to see them mad at him.

but he decided it was finally time. he was so sick of hiding who he was. he wasn't going to put up with it anymore.

"josh, i've decided something" tyler turned to josh.

"go on" josh raised an eyebrow.

"i-i'm going to come out to my parents" tyler said proudly.

josh looked at him wide eyed. "really?" he asked in shock.

"yes. i am sooo sick of hiding who i am. i'm finally ready"

"well, when are you going to do it?" josh asked.

"right now" tyler got up and walked downstairs to the lounge room to where his parents were.

"mum, dad, i really need to tell you something" tyler looked them both in the eye. josh looked from around the corner.

"which is?" tyler's dad piped up.

"i've been hiding who i am for a while and i'm sick of it. i'm sick of being scared of what you'll think of me and i'm sick of pretending i'm okay with you not knowing this. i need to tell you that, i-i'm, uh"

"tyler, quickly hun, you've got us all worked up now" his mum smiled.

"i'm gay" tyler finished, planting an anxious grin across his now sweating face.

his parents were quiet. nothing was said and the only thing making noise was the tv.

"i, i don't know what to say" tyler's dad finally broke the silence. "why did it take you so long to tell us?"

"because i know you don't like gay people" tyler responded quietly.

"tyler honey, we don't care about gay people. sure, we may not approve of it very much, but you're our son and we love you for who you are" his mum smile warmly.

"well i also want you to know that i have a boyfriend" tyler turned to look at josh who awkwardly walked in and waved.

"hi, im josh" he put his arm around tyler. "i'm really i love with your son" he chuckled.

"josh, you seem amazing" tyler's parents gave the two a hug.

"you're both my sons, and i love the pair of you" tyler's dad pitched in.

at this point, tyler couldn't have been more relieved.

or more happy.

he forgot about everything. his heart was racing and his mind was filled with hooray thoughts.

god, he would do anything for it to be like this all the time.

but it couldn't.

not while blurryface was around.

blurryface wants tyler dead.
