Chapter 19: Parallel Universe, again Part 1

Chapter 19: Parallel Universe... again.

Leo's POV

Delaynee debriefed us on the mission. It was somewhat successful in my opinion. It didn't sound like we where even close to getting the old Chase back. While leaving the debreifing, Davenport called me over.

"Can you help me clean out my storage room???" He asked.

"What's in it for me?" I asked.

"I'll give you an advance on your allowance." He whispered.

That was enough for me.

Once we got down there I recognized some inventions. TheGoog Glasses, glasses that your could Google with.

After an hour of sorting through junk inventions, Davenport got a call and left me in his room of multi million inventions. I was sifting though them. More of then were broken. Nothing I could sell.

While looking at this remote, I felt something on the back of the remote. A SPIDER.

Of course I naturally screamed.

While I backed up, I hit something. I turned around to see what I hit.

I hit the invention that I didn't like. I was going back into a parallel universe

I felt a rush of wind and I felt like I had waken up from a deep sleep. Standing.

"WAKE UP LEO!!!" Delaynee said, she was pounding on my capsule.

My capsule???

I remembered last time I was bionic. So I must be bionic again.

"Hey." I said unsurely.

"Your going to be late for school! Mom is really worried." She said.

I looked around the lab, but I didn't see Big D anywhere. Wasn't he supposed to lock in here?

I hurriedly get the clothes on that my mom apparently laid out. While she was waiting I couldn't help notice Delaynee. She had regular people clothes on. It was sort of weird not seeing her either in DavenJs (what Mr.Davenport like to call them.) or her training gi.

Once I finished, we both headed upstairs. My mom was in her normal clothes and were still had Davenport Industries. Not a trace of Tasha Technologies. 

The main floor looked different, though. Everything seemed to be on a green blue scale.

I sat down to have breakfast and my mom made me pancakes.

"Can I just have cereal?" I asked, knowing my mom's cooking is so bad it's still bad in a different universe.

"You love my pancakes!" She exclaimed

I took a bite and something magical happened. Her food was amazing. While basking in food heaven, I shot out some electric fingers. I hit a lamp spot on.

"Crud! Sorry I didn't mean to!" Delaynee said.

"Hush! You know we have a closet for items that are targets for glitches." Tasha said.

She went to the hall and grabbed a lamp that was really similar.

"Leo, can you get my backpack from the lab?" Delaynee asked.

"Okay." I said.

I started to run and then it all became a blur. Before I knew it, I was in the lab... And I ran into the cyber desk. I think I have super speed.

I grabbed her backpack and almost went back up when I noticed something next to it. It was a electric bass case (hehe, it rhymes). Was it Delaynee's guitar?
