Chapter 8: Spikette
Chase's POV

Delaynee was nervous about the Rage App. She knew what rage meant. Uncontrollable hate. Uncontrollable Bionics. Mr Davenport had installed a new Bio- Chamber that could withstand a lot of damage, it even came with a viewing area. Delaynee was defiantly nervous, I was too. What if was a Girl Version of Spike. We could call her Spikette :)

The Bio-Chamber was defiantly State of the Art tech. Air filtration, padded walls with 2 inches of steel behind it, Gas Releasing chambers. I had been in the room several times to master my telekenisis, but mostly when Spike came out. I would go down in there to cool off.

"Ready Delaynee?" Bree said into the mic in the viewing center.

"I think..." Delaynee said.

Davenport and Delaynee had been practicing all night how to open an app. Turns out she really did have a night vision app, so they used that one.

"Open Rage App." Delaynee shyly said.

Nothing.

"Open Rage App." She tried again. Still nothing.

"I don't think this is a good time to open it." Delaynee said.

"Chase, go get her rilles up in there. She'll have to open it up by feeling, not force." Davenport said.

Getting her to get angry? Wasn't going to happen. She trusted us and she was too beaten. I meant c'mon, she trusted someone with the last name of her cruel captor. She was afraid the evil would peak throught. The only way to make her feel threatened is for me to do it. Spike style.

I was getting myself riled outside the Bio- Chambers door, thinking about all of the times Adam and Bree teased me and how they would always be the better bionic siblings. I would always be the weak link. I was just geeky Chase, with a forcefield to protect hi... Suddenly that geeky Chase flushed out.

ITS SPIKE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delaynee's POV

I was still trying to open the Rage App when a big blast came through the Bio- Chamber's door. Chase? Not Chase, they had warned me about glitches. Spike! Would I really look like that if the Rage App opened?

"PUT YOUR FISTS UP NEWBIE!!! LETS FIGHT!!!" Spike Chase growled.
I looked up to the viewing area to search for help from the wrath of Spike.
"Don't worry, Bree is coming down." Davenport said.

I could see a glimpse of Bree speeding down to the Bio- Chamber's Door, but Spike- Chase locked the door with his hand... 5 ft away. Chase possessed some type of Mind Movement Bionic.
" Davenport..." I whimpered.

Spike- Chase was doing doing flying side kicks and 360's. I. was. SCARED. All of the sudden my regular vision was flooding out. OH NO! THE RAGE APP!
Rage and Bionic Electricity filled my veins and all I wanted to do was attack.

"LETS DO THIS!!!!" I growled back, my voice not to far from Spike- Chase's voice.

I put my fists up.

Bree's POV

We were in the viewing area, waiting for Chase to rile up Delaynee. All of the sudden Chase slams through the door. Oh No! SPIKE!!! Why would Chase do something so idiotic? He could seriously hurt her! I had to go rescue her. I super sped to the door and just as I was about to open it, I heard a click. Chase's Molecular Kenisis! So close! I sped back up to the viewing area to see Delaynee had activated her Rage App. Adam kept betting that Delaynee, whom now he called Spikette, was going to win. It started with Chase trying to sidekick her in the gut, but Delaynee shot out purple lightning from her fingers l, sending Chase back a few feet.

"So Plasma Lightning. Check" Davenport said.

"We can't just sit here and let them beat at each other." I argued.

"There isn't another way to get in, we're locked out." Davenport said.

Just then, Chase had fired a Force- Field ball at Delaynee, but she dodged it.

"Adam, let's go to the door. Maybe you can fry it with your heat vision." I said.

"Bree, don't worry I am going to gas the chamber with Chloroform." Davenport said.

"Isn't Chase immune to Chloroform?" A voice behind us said.

We all jumped and screamed. It was Delaynee! Was she still in the Rage App?

"Don't worry I disengaged the app. Chloroform won't effect Chase." Delaynee said.

"How'd you get up here?" I asked

"Bionics, that's how I know that Chase won't fall asleep to Chloroform" Delaynee said.

"Too bad, I wanna hit BUTTTONS!!" Adam said, hitting the button that released the gas.

A white-ish gas filled the room, but that didn't stop Chase from growling and ripping off the top layer of padding. Chase ran around the room a few more times and then Spike disengaged.

Chase went out of the room and came up to the Bio- Chamber's Viewing Area.

"So did it work?" Chase said, nonchalantly.

"Chase! Why'd you do that. You could've seriously hurt her." Davenport asked.

"I thought that it would be good for her to see Spike." Chase said.

"That's a lie. You think I trust you guys so for me to get mad, I couldn't trust you." Delaynee said.

"How'd you know that?" Chase said

"It's one of her bionics. Mind Reading and Geo Leaping. That's how she escaped." Davenport said.

"Seriously that's cool!!!!!! Read my mind! What am I thinking?" Adam eagerly said.

Delaynee stared at him, and gave him a blank look. Delaynee came back to reality.

"Chase's tiny body?" Delaynee asked.

"HAHA! YEAH!" Adam said and Chase rolled his eyes.

We all left the Viewing Area with Adam making short jokes against Chase. When they went ahead and Delaynee pulled me back.

"Bree, I saw something terrible!" Delaynee said

"What?!?!" Bree said.

"When I was in my Rage App I was reading a whole bunch of information on Chase. Just as the app closed I saw Chase using this giant blue ball and throwing it at Davenport. He flew back and that's all I saw." Delaynee said.

Chase using his forcefield against Davenport?!?! We were not allowed to use then on Davenport.

"Don't tell anybody!" Delaynee said.

"Don't worry we'll figure this out." I said.
