It had been weeks since Leo had been in the hospital, weeks since Sage witnessed what she thought would be the death of her boyfriend. She never thought that she'd come to that because of Parker, but he proved her wrong once again. Sage felt disappointed, maybe even disgusted in herself for ever thinking that she loved him. But she was glad everything was over with, and she wouldn't ever see him again.

Sage held Leo close to her, her arms over his bare chest while he slept, his nose creasing every time he quietly snored. He held her close too, making sure that she was right there beside him throughout the night. Leo kept his arms around her small body, made sure that she kept her head on his chest. Leo wasn't ever going to let go of his love again.

They were currently in Salt Lake City, Utah in a cabin on a lake. The couple had decided that it was best to just get out of town for a week and spend time together without having to worry about anyone else. Their cabin was beautiful, full of the pine wood smell that would calm anyone down from a traumatic event.

"Baby?" Sage asked quietly, nuzzling her head on his warm, musky smelling chest. Leo hummed, opening his eyes to look down and run his hand through her brown golden hair. "Can we go swimming in the lake?"

Leo let out a shaky breath, "swimming... in the lake?"

"Yes," Sage paused, sitting up to face him, "that's the only place to swim." Leo looked away nervously, biting on his lip. "Do you not like swimming?"

Leo shrugged, "its fine.. I don't mind swimming. It's just... that it's a lake, and you really don't know what's under there." Sage laughed, shaking her head at him. "There's nothing to worry about, Leo. It's just water."

"Yeah, water that can hold many monsters that want to fucking eat you for breakfast." Sage pouted, and then smiled, a plan forming in her mind. She got out of the warm bed, the coldness of the cabin giving her chills. Sage turned around and faced Leo who was squinting form the morning sun that was shining through the drapes. "What do you think you're doing?" Leo asked, his eyebrows raising as he looked at her devious smile.

"Would you get in the lake, if say I.... do this?" Her hands found the buttons on her button up shirt, the buttons coming undone slowly. Leo's eyes widened as she let the top fall off her shoulders, her smile growing bigger. "And what if I did this... do you think this would help you get in the lake?" Sage slid her panties down, her cheeks turning red and her lips agape as she did so.

Leo stood up, closing her eyes. "and you call me dirty." He remarked, scratching at his chin. Sage giggled, motioning for Leo to follow her. He hesitated, but couldn't refuse her offer and followed her, watching her every movement as she led them outside. The dock seemed to move every second he made another step, the end coming near as Sage led him.

"Come on." Sage whispered in his ear, while pulling his shirt up and over his head. Leo looked down at the lake and cringed, his forehead creasing. "Do I have to?"

Sage shook her head, "no, you don't have to. I just want you to know that I'll be swimming in the lake, naked, and you won't be anywhere near me. And you won't be able to do anything to me." She bit her lip as she smiled. Sage then turned around and dived into the water, creating a small splash. She came up from underwater and laughed, "it feels really good around my naked body."

Leo groaned, tapping his foot on the dock. "What if someone sees?" Sage shrugged, looking around, "no one can see, Leo. No one's around us. So we can do anything and no one would hear." Leo looked down again, and walked closer to the edge, "fine, I'll get in."

"Without anything on." Sage added.

"What? No!"

"Why not?"

"Because... I don't anything to bite me... down there."

"Then I don't want you in here." Sage pouted playfully, smiling to herself. Leo sighed, "fuck you."

Sage laughed, "yeah, that's what I want you to do." Leo gawked, hurriedly taking off his shorts. "Now come on, it's warm." Leo held his breath and jumped in, feeling the warm water cover his body. He came up from underwater and shivered from how nervous he was.

"Calm down, it's alright. I'm right here, baby." Leo swam to her, cautiously feeling around the water as he moved slowly. Sage wrapped her arms around him and smiled, kissing his cheek then his lips, their wets lips in sync as they moved against each other. They pressed their foreheads together, the water droplets sliding down their skin. The water seemed to turn warmer as they continued, their lips moving fast as the water gently kissed their tender skin in the morning sunlight.

They both moved away breathing heavily, Sage biting her lip as she looked in Leo's eyes. "I love you." She whispered, closing her eyes as she leaned into his neck. "I love you too." He whispered back, running his finger tips down her back. "Please never leave me." Leo hugged Sage tighter, assuring her that he would never leave her.

"I promise that I will never leave you." He stated, kissing her, "as long as you never leave me." Sage smiled, "I'll never leave you."
